dont forget the most important.dapat yung mask that you get fits your face structure so hindi ganun papasok tubig sa mask mo.

Anong certification body connected and instructor mo? PADI ba yan? NAUI? etc? Tsaka anong full name niya pare?? pwede natin i-verify kung licensed siya as Diving Instructor. Another concern bro is this: sa PADI kasi, hindi pwede mag-turo at magrecommend for licensing ang Dive Master. Only a DI can do that.

With regards to your gear, mura rin yung 3,700 mo bro para sa gear....although wala kang nabanggit na fins. basic din yun dapat kasama dun sa set.

Baka pwede mong i-post bro yung mga brand ng mga kinuha mong gear so we could comment if value for money nga ba yung 3,700 worth of gear mo. baka naman taiwan yang mga yan at nalulusaw agad sa tubig.

Basic set-up kasi in manila costs around 6,000-7,000 (mask, fins, wetsuit, booties, snorkel) from reputable brands.

dun sa gear, wetsuit and boots - oceanic. snorkel and mask, generic lang yata pero sabi dun sa dive shop ok naman daw and madami na kumuha sa kanila. sa fins, baka mag-rent na lang muna ako, hehehe, important lang naman na personal yung equipment ko na may contact sa katawan ko... hehe

excited na ako makuha license ko... para makasama na ako sa dive eb... tagal ko na gustong maging hobby ito, wala lang mag-guide and mang-inggit sa akin... buti na lang may strada club

alam ko bro meron pero hndi lahat nga models nila may available na casing for underwater, kaya pag bumili ka tanong mo muna kung meron para hndi sayang bibilin mo na cam..

sir patriarch, mura na yun gears mo. txt mo sa akin model ng sony digicam mo. punta ako dive camera shop on sat. baka meron sila. usually, mas mahal ang underwater casing kesa cam..better kung bumili ka na lang ng set.

Fly by night??? hindi kaya dive by night etong mga to??? hehehehe....mukha namang legit bro....kaya wag ka na magalala....wag mo lang kalimutan huminga sa ilalalim at EQUALIZE!!!!

started my lessons kanina. may 3 akong ka-batch na mga pinay, 2 puede ... yung isa puede, ipamigay, hehehe

took the final written exams, pumasa naman ako sa 1st take... hehehe

afterwards, swimming exam naman. our instructor told us to do 4 laps sa pool in any stroke na comfortable... syempre breast stroke paborito ko and ang pagsisid...

tapos floating naman for 10 mins... higpit ng instructor, naka-goggles and pinapaulit kung mandadaya kami by touching the bottom of the pool which is very easy for me... grrr...

PADI po... 5 quizzes yung nasa manual then kung pasado, final written exam na... ok pala yung instructor ko 10 mins lang pinagawa sa amin, hehehe... teka sa US ka yata kumuha ng open water eh, baka iba dun, hehehe

aba..what can I say. so far eto lang yata alam ko na car club that has a picture of it's banner under water. kudos moxxxs, moxxxs commander, and docglen. Dont worry, I see in the crystal ball a big dive event this year.

kanina, i had my first taste of breathing underwater... first, confined dive muna sa swimming pool ng vistamar resort here in cebu... then beach dive na up to 10 meters!!! sarap ng feeling at ang ganda sa ilalim! downside lang is the overcast and slight drizzle na weather pero at least wala ako sunburn. and ang bagal ko mag-equalize! medyo sumakit nga ang left ear ko pero after a while nawala na rin... hopefully tomorrow medyo mabilis na ako maka-adjust sa ilalim...

di ako nagsisi when i took this up as a hobby... nakaka-adik din... tapos combined pa with the addiction sa strada, malamang maging madalas ang dive eb natin, hehehe
