i think nakabargain ako ng open water lesson and equipment dito sa cebu...

for the license, package ko sa dive master 10k inclusive na lahat including the manuals.

dun sa equipment for a beginner like me, nakuha ko lang ng almost PhP3,700. that includes full body wet suit, high cut boots, diver's mask and snorkel. kung mura, ok lang na ibili ko kayo dito sa dive shop na kinuhanan ko.

lastly, may water proof casing ba ang sony digicams? im planning to buy one para di madoble ang digicam namin ni kumander

bro....ok na yung 10k for the instructor and license. Thats the going rate since two years ago pa.

Anong certification body connected and instructor mo? PADI ba yan? NAUI? etc? Tsaka anong full name niya pare?? pwede natin i-verify kung licensed siya as Diving Instructor. Another concern bro is this: sa PADI kasi, hindi pwede mag-turo at magrecommend for licensing ang Dive Master. Only a DI can do that.

With regards to your gear, mura rin yung 3,700 mo bro para sa gear....although wala kang nabanggit na fins. basic din yun dapat kasama dun sa set.

Baka pwede mong i-post bro yung mga brand ng mga kinuha mong gear so we could comment if value for money nga ba yung 3,700 worth of gear mo. baka naman taiwan yang mga yan at nalulusaw agad sa tubig.

Basic set-up kasi in manila costs around 6,000-7,000 (mask, fins, wetsuit, booties, snorkel) from reputable brands.

Im not so sure about sony digicams bro....yung mga nakikita ko sa ParkSquare puro pang canon lang na point and shoot. Ask mo nalang si docglen kung ano camera niya at saan niya nabili yung casing.
