Sir, what is your Strada model? GL/GLX/GLS/GLS Sports? I have a GLS M/T, during my break-in average speed = 100kph, Top speed = 150kph. I have some speed between 100 - 150.

Sir, sorry di ko alam ung exact model pero 2001 diesel 4x4 MT ung akin. Nasa 3K na kasi RPM ko pero hirap pa din pumalo ng 100kph. And sabi ng mekaniko ko ganun daw talaga setup ng transimission ko pang lowspeed lang.

Suggest ko lang Sir Turmsy, mukhang pareho tayo nang unit. Check mo sa likod nang pick-up mo mayroon doon either GLX/GLS/GLS Sports na emblem. Sino na mekaniko? sa Mitsubishi Dealer? suggest ko, pa check mo yan sa Casa where mo nakuha ang unit mo.

pare yung unit mo is setupo with a low speed tranny and differential, designed talaga yan for low speed high torque applications, max speed lang nyan kung nasa kondisyon ang makina is 120-130km/h. baka kailangan mo na mag overhaul ng makina mo and recalibrate ang injectors and injection pump. yung makina mo ata is the 4d56 na turbo?

3rd Generation L200 Strada yung model year 2001... it didn't use the GLX/GLS trims back then.

@turmsy, yes, like what sir Arvin has mentioned, pls have it checked po. i was able to drive a 2002 4x4 model back in 2005 and i was able to reach (i think) 135kph. i felt na kaya pa at 140kph but i ran out of road...

Sir wala atang emblem. Second hand ko lang din nabili. Pwede ko ding dalhin sa casa.

Sir yun nga din sabi ng mekaniko namin, low speed daw differential. Actually kakaoverhaul lang at calibrate. Di ko sure kung 4d56 pero may turbo yung engine. Nasa condition na daw sya kaso nababagalan talga ko sa 80-90 speed. Yung 100kph lagpas 3k RPM na.

Sir 1 year lang difference nung model na nadrive m pero mukhang malabo kong makuha yung 120kph kahit sa SLEX pa ko. Di bale madala na nga lang sa casa.
