i dont work in a call center pero i have a lot of friends that do back in cebu. and yes they are all gorgeous!! hehe...
back there, i heard many times na convergys ang may pinakamalaking sweldo.
baka dyan din sa manila sir.
dito naman sa davao, sutherland and matindi. thats what i heard.

pero 1 thing for sure, malaking effect yan sa katawan mo bro. graveyard shift will lead you to your grave talaga..

call center den ako dude... 7 years na last September. if you're looking for a high pay, di kita ma-refer dito sa amin kse we're not very competitive as far as the basic pay is concerned. but we have other benefit packages that for me is good enough. ang kaibahan lang sa call center, when you go home, hindi mo na dala ang trabaho mo sa bahay. pero while you're at work, it can be toxic most of the time , but it would depend also on the account where you'll be assigned.
