i admit, at a young age of 30, may trace na ako ng hypertension,3 years ago na. "mana" kay ermat at sa lola ko. lahi talaga namin, pati diabetis. lalo nung magasawa ko medyo nag-gain ako ng timbang. kaya ngyon kailangan kong mag maintain sa bp, which is ok at 120/90. sometimes tumataas ng 130/90.
but i workout my diet and usually i sweat out playing badminton or basketball. sakit na ng karamihang pinoy yon eh.

would u mind share yours, if you have. and what u do to stay in shape?
