    I wish I have that much time hahaha. 2x a week lang ako sa gym pero I ran/bike 2x a week din.

    I think only rule is huwag mong sulitin yun kain mo sa mga Buffet. Just Eat what you want. Hinde kailangan mabawi mo yun binayad mo, It's not a contest.

    Hit the gym yesterday.

    3 x 25 warm up sets of leg press

    Set 1 - 50 reps (45 sec rest)
    Set 2 -40 reps (55 sec rest)
    Set 3 -30 reps (65 sec rest)
    Set 4 -20 reps (75 sec rest)
    Set 5 -10 reps (85 sec rest)
    Set 6 -20 reps (75 sec rest)
    Set 7 -30 reps (65 sec rest)
    Set 8 -40 reps (55 sec rest)
    Set 9 -50 reps (45 sec rest)

    Squat
    3 x 5, 5/10, 5/10/15

    Deadlift
    3 x 3, 3/5, 3/5/7

    Amidst the leg torture, am still able to do 30 mins cardio.

    it depends doc on your end goal..if you want to be bigger(not fatter) eat clean..add around 500 calories to your bmr then observe, if you are getting heavier without adding fat %, add 100 more..then another one..until you reached a point where your gaining unwanted weight ( fat )...problem is everytime weight changes, pati caloric needs nagbabago..iba ang caloric needs ng 180lb, 200lb at 230lb na individual..

    5 days workout (fixed), but I'm hitting the legs 2-3x a week plus 14 cardio sessions and it keeps getting longer each week- enough to put me on my knees....

    im at 189lbs right now, preparing for summer, lost 75lb-100lbs on the deadlift, lost 16lbs since dec..cant wait for june so i can bulk up again

    I'm on my 5th day of a new program. One thing I'm noticing is the instant growth in apetite, been eating like 7x a day. Shows my diet is stimulating my metabolism. Always hungry....

    climbing mt batulao next month, day hike only... my 2nd climb..next sana is mount pulag, im at my lowest weight as of now since college*189..my target weight is 185lb for hiking..i hope to bulk up on june..pero i like this weight, parang ang gaan sa stairs, joint pains all gone.. the only downside is most of the major lifts went down...deadlifts form 405lb - 330lb...squats from 270s went down to 225lbs...

    Actually this will be better for you. Less mass to carry but youre still super fit, cut and strong. Those numbers are huge by any standard.
