Salamat sa info, t2 naman yung akin. Siguro sa ngayon i change ko yung diet ko then yung sa lifestyle naman unti unti. Kaso hirap din magexercise ng may neuropathy. Then magpapacheck up na rin ako. Kasi yung kamay at paa ko rin laging may burning sensation.

Omg. Isang pigsa nga lang halos mamatay ako sa sakit. Had one on my foot when I was in grade school ata. How can anyone have 40 boils? Isn't that a sign of elevated blood sugar?

not really, weak immune system, maybe, when i was doing mtb, even my balls may mud na, i had an instance that i had cow dung in my teeth sa sobrang dumi ko..maybe becoz when we were children, pinabayaan lang to play outside, catch spiders and play in the rain(hindi baha)....

moderate only...very seldom ako umaabot ng 200g daily..i did a body composition test, i only need 100g to maintain, pero when i was younger i used to eat/drink 3x that..pero if youre just starting? the ideal is 1g per pound of bodyweight

here's my result from last month, that means 98lbs if muscle, so i need around 100g only to maintain, why so low? the rest of our bodyweight comprises also of bone, water and fat, theyre not that depended on protein, now i just eat around 150g daily, it goes higher pag nag papapayat ako before summer kasi i take out all the carbs

Sana umabot ako sa bootcamp mamayang 6pm.
3 weeks of eating and very seldom na exercise, resulting to 5 pounds of FAT na nakaconcentrate sa belly :twak:

im not sure bout the quads...i give the quads, side chest and front lat spread to ramy, rear lats to phil coz of the quads and ramy is holding water sa lower back, pero grabe insertions ng lats ni ramy, ang baba....one thing is for sure, mas better conditioned mga bodybuilders nung 90s, bilog pa mga mukha ng mga yan
