I dont think as a coach may problems si brown, ang iniisip kong pwedeng maging issue rito is will the lakers let brown "coach" them...you must take in consideration the fact that this group is former back to back champs..mga malalaki ang ulo ng grupong to. Tapos si brown san galaing? Sa cleveland na lebron lang di nya nakayanan, kobe and artest pa...ang coach sana na kinuha ng lakers yung rerespetuhin nila may matinding track record at higit sa lahat nag pa champion.

Si Larry Brown nga sana or Adelman. Kasi si Doc di puwede eh.

Pero come to think of it matanda na din si Larry Borwn and Rick Adelman ka generation sila ni Phil Jackson so its kinda useless to trade one old coach for another that also won't last long anyway. Long term na isip ng Lakers... Ang debate is Mike Brown VS Brian Shaw...

    Si Shaw nga sana ok...

Si Derek Fisher din nga sana kung pwede..Kaya niyang bulyawan si Kobe pag nawawala sa ayos yung ating superstar...He's played under Jackson for several seasons, siguro kabisado na niya ang style ni Phil and some coaching secrets. He is a basketball player which I read is a plus to players if their coach is a former player. He's a champ so may awe factor sa mga young players.

Si Sloan din pwede, baka dito siya maka isa bago tuluyang mag retiro, He's handled 2 great NBA stars. A veteran and well respected coach.

Ako kasi kung darating yan, darating. Why not wait for KB's retirement to have a really fresh start with a young coach. An older coach na good for 2 years would be better as a floor leader IMO kung hindi din lang si BShaw kinuha nila.

But of course, knowing KB, he will adjust to make sure the team will be very competitive.

I really would have liked Sloan. A non-nonsense coach that is tough as they come. he may not be creative offensively but he is another coach who knows how to extract the most performance from his players eh.

Why not make KB as player - coach??? Just a thought, ala Bill Russell.

Congratulations to our conference mate, yes we lost our chance for a 3rd straight championship but we lost to the eventual champions...they deserved it..

Next year I hope to see our team in better fighting form, angrier, nastier, badder to reclaim what is trully ours..

As for our current roster, If they're the same bunch I hope they play at their maximum potential, i still believe they can be champions again if they focus like the team they were before.

    Lakers all the way baby!!

+1, hopefully we can get back the ring from Dallas and beat the crap out of Miami sa Finals (if ever it comes true)

Sana lang maliwanagan si Fisher na medyo matanda na siya, alam ko ayaw pa niya magretire, what do you expect he's a warrior he's a friggin Laker in and out, pero we need a young and dynamic playmaker, pwede na siya mag backup for the sake of the team.

Si Kobe rin basta mag 22ppg up lang siya oki parin, pag di na kaya wag pilitin.

Hehe sabagay, ok na rin to keep the core intact...ala naman na si chandler at si barea sa mavs. Shortened season pa, pag dating ng playoffs siguro naman mas malakas sila kesa sa last year..biggest obstacle is thunder at grizzlies.
