    wala ka naman sigurong athletes foot? kung pawis lang gumamit ka lang ng foot powder. ganyan din ako eh. simula nung nag lagay ako ng foot powder nag ok na. hehehe. hindi na amoy pawis ung paa.

    foot powder. use cotton socks, that absorbs sweat.
    pag ayaw pa rin, wala nang pag-asa yan sir.

    ako ang ginagawa ko, ini inispreyan ko ng lysol yung loob ng sapatos tapos pinapahiran ko ng alcohol ang paa ko bago ako mag sapatos.

    before wearing your shoes be sure to towel your foot dry.... then apply ka foot powder

    footpowder and freshly laundered socks lang katapat niyan

    and you may want to wear your shoes alternately. that way you'll be airing out whatever moisture has accumulated in there

    sa akin grabe sweating ng paa ko parang nagmimilagro pero walang amoy konti lang

    Last wash ko na binubuhos sa paa ko yung tinunaw na tawas sa maligamgam na tubig tapos towel dry tapos foot powder.
