hindi naman, minsan constipated lang talaga kaya masakit at dumudugo.

last month lang nagpa endoscopy ako, na devirginize ako. im bleeding kasi pag doing the #2, yun pala constipated lang. pero sabi ng doc pa check nalang din daw kasi pag clear, for 5 years guarantee daw na hindi colon cancer kahit na may dugo ang jebs

Constipated ka ba lage boss? Kain ka lage stool softeners at tama sila avoid eating yung mga pampatigas ng ebs. Haha eating spicy food is NOT the cause but it can aggravate the condition. Eto common na sinasabe ng mga matatanda pero nung nagaral na ko ng pagka-NARS hindi pala yun ang tama hehe Number one cause nyan is yung straining due to constipation. Usually ang surgery ay isasagawa kapag may clot formation na sa swollen vein dun sa area. Sana maging okay ka na TS! Sundin lang mga regimen ni doc at mga payo ng mga ka-tsikot!

like TS pareng RN,, hehe,, mahilig din ako sa spicy foods pero wala naman ako almo,, pag may almo ba eh avoid eating o pwede ka kumain like mga foods sa tokyo tokyo pero not that much na? thanks RN....
