Sa Fiber plans ba ng PLDT ngayon, all in na? Kasama na Telephone bill? SO for sample yung 1699 and 1899. Wala ng ibang hidden charges?
Syempre if you pay full 3.6K for the installation and equipment.
dati kasi nakahiwalay sa advertised price yung sa DSL.
I have the Plan 1899, phone included.

There's a new memo daw from the higher ups of Globe.. pag naubos ang Cap for Home Broadband, wala na yung 30% minimum speed.. lahat daw back to 256kbps max.. so it's either you buy a booster to enjoy your speed or upgrade to a new plan with bigger Cap.. This is effective this September... kaya kung super bagal ang connection mo.. eto na yun..
^ True. I opted to upgrade from P1299/100gb to P1599/400gb 10mbps.
Pwede na siguro yan sa amin.
did the same.. pero it's unfair.. when they sold those plans last year.. ang agreement 30% nang speed ang makukuha pag naubos ang CAP.. it was going well for the past year.. pag naubos ang cap balik sa 3mb yung speed.. tapos ngayon biglang 256kbps.. kahit speedtest nga di mag load sa sobrang bagal..
Actually matagal na yang rumor na 256kbps, last year pa nagpaparinig ang Globe tungkol dyan, so expected ko na.
Earlier this year lang kami nag-upgrade to P1299 10mbps but chose the lower plan muna 100gb to to see if 30% really works at the same time to determine our consumption at 10mbps. Yup, the 30% worked until last week.
It turns out we consume 100gb in 8-10 days, so tamang tama ang 400gb in a month sa amin. The cost difference of P300 is not bad, affordable pa rin.
Marami rin galit sa Globe right now, but not me.

Sa mga may generator dyan o may kuryente kahit brownout.
Ang PLDT fiber ba kahit brown out sa area niyo, may internet connection parin?
How about ang Globe?
Meron kami PLDT dsl and still may internet parin kami.
TIA sa inputs.
Also kamusta ang fiber line cut sa HK?
Natanong ko sa Globe technician yan, sagot nya:
"May batteries ang mga cabinet, gagana pa yan for some hours (4-5 hours). Maubos din charge at mawala na signal. Kapag alam namin na matagalan ang brownout, umiikot kami pa i-charge ang mga batteries."
Alam din siguro ng mga utilities ito, kaya kapag meron scheduled brownout, e.g., line repairs, palit transformer, usually 3-4 hours max lang para hindi mag-shutdown ang telecom cabinets.

Ang labo lang, bakit nila kailangan i-charge yung mga batteries kapag more than 5 hours yung brownout? Lol. Para continuous yung service nila sa mga customers na may mga generators? Ang bait naman nila, hahaha.

had to upgrade our Globe broadband from 1299 to 1599.. useless yung 256kbps speed pag naubos yung Cap..
