Water level at Angat Dam dips below critical level

Just trying to grasp what's been said in recent articles:

    1. Just how many % of the power to MM is dependent on Angat?
    2. At what levels should we worry about brownouts?
    3. i read another article that said "at 160m, water faucets could run dry" -- was this meant literally?
    4. Another article also mentioned the possibility of rationing water in MM to 42cubic meters per household; how does this work actually? i don't think they have the means to control the consumption per household, so does it mean that, say for barangay X, we will let Y cubic meters flow out, then shut it off? E di unahan na yan?

    pano... napupunta sa baha.
and nagpapakawala din ng tubig ang mga dams pag tagulan, which means, di ganung kalaki ang capacity.

Exactly! Year after year, the same cycle of issue is raised.
Pag summer , water level is in critical, supply will be rationing again. Blackout in Mindanao , MM at risk of brownouts.
Pag tag ulana na, dams are to over spill, towns will go under water once flood gate is opened. Esteros & spill ways are
    clogged.
School opening, hundreds of school to raise tuition fees.

Yet, what has goverment done to improve the repetitive problems, WALA! Cause the money ends in the pocket.

At what levels do our dams have to drop down to before we have to worry about rotating blackouts?

i just read an article about a proposal to build two more dams to supply water to MM; that's a good idea, 10 years ago Sigurado pag tag ulan na e makakalimutan na to.
