November 1st, 2007 01:58 AM #10i think lang mejo flawed yung ranking via batting average. kase pano kung yung school eh ang for example pinapaexam every year sa BS EE 2 lang ,tapos parehas pumapasa, edi 100 batting average na kagad?
or pano naman yung schools na mas marami yung non-PRC regulated courses? kase andaming liberal arts and business courses na walang board exam dba? hinde ba bababa ang batting average mo kung half ng population mo hinde nag-te-take ng board exam?
unahan ko na kayo, di ko sinasabi mali yung ranking ha, i'm just lpaying devil's advocate here. problema kase with school rankings lahat eh may kanya kanyang criteria. sana maipost den dito yung mechanics ng ranking. i'm not too familiar with CHED/PRC ranking.in fact ngayon ko lang nalaman may ranking palang ganito
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
