    Oil price * $113.43. Mukhang next week may rollback na naman yung big 3. Nauna na yung Flying V.

    NYMEX broke US$100 over the weekend, and is playing just above US$ 97. Also the PHP-US$ rate is helping lower oil price, doing at around 42-43 to the dollar.

    May roll back this morning...

    May 8, 2012 7:15am

    At least five fuel firms rolled back anew the prices of their products effective Tuesday, citing further price decreases of oil in the international market.

    Eastern Petroleum, Petron, and Shell rolled back prices of their products effective 12:01 a.m., while Total and Phoenix Petroleum rolled back their prices at 6 a.m., radio dzBB reported.

    Petron said its rollbacks include:
    • 70 centavos per liter for premium gas;
    • 90 centavos per liter for regular gas;
    • 60 centavos per liter for diesel; and
    • 50 centavos per liter for kerosene
    “This is to reflect movements in the international oil market,” Petron said.

    Shell, Total and Eastern Petroleum’s rollbacks include:
    • 70 centavos per liter for premium and unleaded gas;
    • 90 centavos per liter for regular gas;
    • 60 centavos per liter for diesel; and
    • 50 centavos per liter for kerosene.

    A separate dzBB report said Phoenix Petroleum is rolling back its prices by 70 centavos per liter for regular gas and 60 centavos per liter for diesel.

    Last Saturday, Flying V rolled back the prices of some of its fuel products.

    It cut prices of its unleaded gas by 50 centavos per liter, and its diesel by 30 centavos per liter. –KG, GMA News

    The price roll back has been happening for the last few weeks including this week. I just wish the amounts were much bigger.

    From $111 to $106 pa lang sa Brent which is yung benchmark na ginagamit natin. Although later in the day and tom I expect it to fall to about $104-105. Maliit lang yan IMO. Baka less than P1.00 across the board. 1 week pa lang yung malaking rollback kasi.

    Ah, na-duling ako ng basa... I stand corrected.

    Ok na rin as long as consistent yung pag-baba ng presyo...
