in da pilipins, graffiti nor vandalism are not done by teenage punks but by our public officials displaying banners is the most irritating places not to mention compromising safety blocking blind corners of the streets. even the barangay tanods' name are on the village directory right in the middle of the streets or sidewalks blocking the safe view for the pedestrians. to include, these annoying banners are left to rot, tear, fall to the ground and left to fall into the storm drains. how ironic for these picture and poster officials. their action like these are not part of the solution but part of the problem. none of these einsteins take their dilapidated posters/signs down and put away specially on the onset of typhoons where they can be blown and clog storm drains.
