I'm sure these are not the vehicle's top speeds and btw, bursts lang po yan when the need rises I usually run at the recommended speed limit.

My 1998 Mazda B2500 pickup ko = 140km/hr NLEX south-bound coming from pulilan year 2004 (magisa lang kaya naabot ko 140)

My dad's 2005 Toyota Innova G = 155km/hr NLEX north-bound coming from balintawak hanggang dulo. year 2006 (tulog mga kasama ko kaya naihataw ko)

i think revo's maximum speedometer reading is 180... ayus ha. na maximize.

1996 mitsu L200 155kph * SLEX.

THis was 10 yrs ago I doubt if it will reach even at 140kph now.

2005 hilux 2.5litre d4d 155kph * SLEX

2006 fortuner V 3.0 litre 140kph * NLEX

How's the pavement in star tollway? Is it as smooth as the NLEX? If ever I get the chance to pass there im gonna test our fortuner's top speed.

star tollway's pavement is 85% cement kaya medyo uneven unlike sa nlex asphalted na. yun lang nga, walang speed radars doon and the traffic is really light, pag pick-up dala mo, i guess siguradong bouncy and matagtag ang ride, i guess that would be the case rin for the fortuner, pero hirap hindi humataw dun, konti lang traffic.

just drove there last holyweek enroute to san juan, batangas on my pick-up, first time to bring my pick-up sa star tollway, bouncy talaga. hehe, pero naka 120kph parin.

2006 dmax 4x4 = 140kph hiway going to pagudpud, ilocos norte (between towns of burgos and pagudpud).

hi guys, its my 1st time to post here.... nkaka mangha at tlgang kagila-gilalas mga diesel engine nyo! my fastest in a diesel was 135 kph downhill in silang from tagaytay. i drive a 1999 nissan urvan 2.5L sa flat road, top speed nya is just 110! hrap na hrap pah! hay kya q lang unahan eh kuliglig! (for sure im still gonna have a hard time beating a kuliglig!)

My friend has a souped up starex 2000 model TCI - tweaked stock turbo and enhanced fuel pump regulator, ground clearance lowered by 2 inches, free-flow muffler, washable foam-type air filter, monitors/gauges on the pillar. Top speed reached so far - 187kph pero mukhang kaya pa kung di lang tumataas EGT (exhaust gas temp) as per gauge monitoring. Kaya lang maingay masyado tambutso, mausok sa arangkada pero ramdam mo torque nya, matakaw sa krudo (4-5 km/liter) kung maxxed-out lagi. Plano nya pa-ugrade and relocate intercoolers to lower EGTs for more speed and change stock-turbo with VGT (variable geometry turbo) kaya lang wala pa surplus. Baka may connection kayo sa Apalit...hehehe

Sir,correction lang po! its 165 kph not 175 kph as i mentioned earlier and its national hi-way not natinal.all i can remember is its a long stretch of the hi-way that you can even close your eyes for a while because its really a long and straight one.i have 2 passengers and i was not using my aircon at that time.i was running only on that speed for a couple of minutes,curiousity lang but i believe it can still go up
