Mga bro paki advise nman kung ano ang mga posibleng nasisira sa nabahang sasakyang. Lancer GLXi EFI. Na changed oil na ng ilang beses at top overhaul para malinis. Problema parang nasira ang computer box, or airflow sensor. Naging magaspang ang tunog ng engine at parang may patay na butas. Baka pati injector nadamay. Madali nman mag start. Paki adv kung saan maganda magpagawa. Laguna area lang ako Sta Rosa. Thanks

from calamba ako pre. nalunod din sa baha yung oto ko ('02 honda city). inabot yung computer box. tinanggal at binuksan ko, i found out na amputek ng loob so i just cleaned it up with contact cleaner. i also observed na yung contacts ng ibang components e mejo naging loose kaya pinahinang ko ng konti sa hindi pasmado ang kamay.
im just not sure if ur problem is purely mechanical but if the computer box was soaked, have it cleaned up na rin.
i-up ko na rin: i also had to change release bearing sa clutch, yung idle bearing ng timing belt at cleaning ng evaporator- all because of that nasty flood.

palit ka ren ng gear oil. tapos magpa underwash ka, yung mga suspension parts mo may putek in between.

This was happened 2 years ago after the typhoon MILENYO (27 Sept 2006) but typhoon Ondoy is much worst. I think a lot of car owners are now planning to sell their units.
