What's so unique about "323" (Mazda) or "323i" (BMW)?

Or a C200 versus an S2000?

An M3 versus a Mazda3?

An M45 (Infiniti) versus An M5 (BMW)?

A name is a car's persona... while an alphanumeric name can become iconic... (911)... most are rarely memorable.

Personally, I like "Actyon" and "Kyron"...

Cguro they spend more time improving their car rather than giving it a name that will sell.

i got the chance to see this at SM North EDSA.

I found it to have a mean looking exterior.

the interior isin't too bad, either

what i didn't like about it was the engine when i looked under the hood.

the cover (i'm not sure about the block itself) looked like it was poorly fabricated. may mga obvious excesses na hindi na file off and it didn't looked polished. tipong sasabit yung finger if you ran it over the engine.

baka nataunan ko lang... pero for a display unit?

other than that, i actually like it. i just wonder how it performs.

may promo sila... you can take it home for a 50k downpayment. saw the same promo sa e. rod ave branch nila. total is roughly 1M.

Na test drive ko na yung actyon na gas matic 2.3L

Pros:

• competitive price
• you don't see alot of this outside
• mukhang galit na exterior (in a good way)
• ok ang ride

cons:

• takes a while to pick up speed, kulang sa hatak (compared to tucson)
• interior plastics can be improved, as of now I don't like it
• nvh needs improvement

All in all I think you are getting what you paid for naman.
Pero if I had more cash, I would get another SUV.

Parang tama nga but they have discounts. They even increase discounts sometimes.

I test drove this unit last month sa Macapagal.

CRDI matic ang na test ko, response time is reasonable malakas ang hatak. What I like the most is meron syang sun roof na sa CRDI pero sa Gas wala. Sabi ng salesman it like a car daw, pero sa wari ko since macapagal ko lang na drive di naman natitigasan ako sa ride nya. Then when I was trying to fold back yong mga side mirror eh automatic din pala iyon. Me switch sa loob na pede i fold back completely ang side mirror remotely

They classified it as SUC, Sport Utility Coupe. Mukhang Ford Focus sya na pinataas lang hehehe. For a CRDI 1.1M Plus sya pero kung i avail mo ang 88K all in down Payment nila it will become 1.2M ata.

Since type ni misis, nag test drive kami using th 2.0 CRDI sa Wheels E.Rod. Malakas ang hatak,engine noise is good, auto-aircon system, 6-speakers system, sunroof, remote side mirror folding at adjustable headlamp leveling and she liked the interior layout and the ride comfort. Infact, ilang beses din niya pinadaan sa humps without slowing down...hehehe 4 of us sa car. Then, nagpareserve na agad marine Blue color at 6-speed with tiptronic at may steering paddle switch pa for 1.218M Para sa kin good choice ito instead of buying a car since mas mataas siya laban sa baha at unique daw at wala masyado kaparehas sa daan...hehehe

ha ha ha... sa retiro nga na palagi ko dinadaanan may white na Actyon na ako palagi nakikita. Better alternative kesa buying a car since malimit na ngayon bumaha at matipid din siguro since 2.0 lang engine displacement. Interior wise it's decent looking naman at exterior unique talaga. Lakas talaga ng torque ng 2.0 CRDI engine.

last week yta, i saw 2 actyons in a day...kakagulat! dumadami na tlga ang mga actyon owners as well as stavic, prang sa inyo pup2

ang nacompute kong FC namin isa 6.8km/l lupet kc magdrive father ko... hnd tlga fuel efficient magdrive hehe so for normal people it should go 10

When I paid the reservation fee for my wife's Diesel Marine Blue colored Actyon, I was told that a cousin of Sharon Cuneta bought Actyon too and a guy from channel 7. Ibig sabihin dami napapangitan, dami din nagagandahan sa unique design nya...hehehe. Ngayon pa lang na excite na ako to drive her Actyon. Although ang unit na inorder ni misis is with 6-speed dual gearbox, sa tingin nyo guys pareho lang magiging fuel consumption nito sa 4-speed na unang lumabas?

Yehey! Dumating na daw unit na order ni misis. Masarap siguro ihataw ang Actyon sa highway lalo na 6-speed na siya. May nabasa ako sa isang site that with the new 6-speed trans, the Actyon is capable of reaching 400N-m of torque. Grabe for a 2.0 CRDI engine

proud to be an actyon owner balak nga namin icomplete ang line up ng Ssangyong eh since they are only 4 models here in the phil. hehehe

manual ang kinuha nyo? mukhang very hot ang blue ah, amin kasi red ang kinuha namin hehe, may nkita na akong 4 na blue actyon 2 na white/silver actyon since the day we bought ours.

once you ride the actyon, malamig ang aircon..hnd pa matalon sa mga passengers khit lubak lubak ang daanan.


pics naman dyan kpg nkuha nyo na ang actyon ^^ which branch kayo kumuha? isa nga lng pla ang ayaw namin sa ssangyong..mtgal ang plate release nila, it took us 2-3months in order to get our plate (special plate kc tska baguhan pa ang SA)

miaerr thanks! Yeah sa tsikot dalawa lang tayo Actyon owner but sa labas madami na rin Actyon nakikita.
Kinuha namin unit 6-speed pwede tiptronic drive at automatic drive. Pag naka tiptronic drive ang gear change pwede either sa steering control switches (+/-) or sa trans lever na mismo. Marine blue din ang color na pinili ni misis kasi sabi nya iba daw ang dating eh
Nasa jobsite pa kasi ako ngayon kaya di pa ako maka post ng pictures at drive experience ng Actyon namin. Excited na nga ako to drive it.
Sa New Manila branch namin kinuha same ng Sorento ko. Pero grabe pala tagal pag special plate. Ganoon din siguro katagal ang sa amin pag nagkataon. But I think the Actyon deserves the special plate kasi unique siya..hehehe

Well wala naman naging problema sa service nila like sa renewal ng
registration ng Sorento ko at sa pag service nila dito for the last 3 years and the fact na sila din naman main dealer ng Ssangyong so sa kanila na rin kami kumuha. Probably pareho nga tayo ng specs pero yong una nila offer is the 4 speed variant which 1.1+M. Pero upon knowing na may dadating na mas latest variant which is 6-speed dual trans, yon na pinareserve ko para kay misis mas mataas ang price ng konti. Actually her first color option is scandal red pero ng makita nya color marine blue yon na pinili nya.
So far ang feedback na narinig ko sa kanya is malamig nga daw ang aircon, maganda ang ride comfort di matagtag saka mabilis daw tumakbo. Biglang naging karerista si misis dahil sa ActyonMga kids naman perfect daw kasi it's with TV/DVD entertainment package so they can watch TV and movies ..hehehe
