    Don't have agency in pinas. Direct hire bro. Marami benefits like free hospitalization including your family, dental, bonus every 3months, and you will just only work 6 months a year but the salary is for 12months.

    swerte mo chief at napasok ka dyan sa field na yan. akala ko di nakakapasok dyan sa field na yan mga maritime education graduates. first engineer ako sa LPG at LNG ships, matagal na akong nag-aapply sa mga drilling companies pero wala pa ring swerte hanggang ngayon. if you don't mind my asking, paano ka nga pala napasok dyan?

    hi brod! if you don't have any shipboard experience, you can go to Norwegian Training Center (NTC) - Taguig. They train EE's and ECE's for shipboard deployment.

    naku mahirap daw pala makapasok sa mga offshore dahil kelangan may "backer". hay. bakit ba ganito ang mga NOYPI.. ang pinaka-malapit na pwdeng agency na offshore ay ang anscor swire. malapit lang kasi samin eh.
