ShEeeeeET ur talkin about my Ride ^_^ i have 92' Nissan Powerpickup sa 4x2 ok naman pang ilalim d tulad ng 4x4 madalas ko nga napapansin nawawala sa camber... i gave my ride an engine Upgrade TD27TI (Blacktop) sarap ng hataw ^_^ and walang usok

sumikat din ng husto tong mga nissan pick ups before, nung isuzu and L200 palang yong katapat. when the fuego and strada came out they went quiet. i have driven ultra power and eagle very nice to drive din.

Sir Dont, hindi naman po pimped out yung eagle ko .. simpleng ayos lang naman main purpose kasi nito pang harabas din kaya napakataas na ng milage. Wala na akong makitang pics except for this one, nagiisa na sa phone ko. Will post again as soon as i get the chance to take some more pictures.
De-badged na po ang Eagle ko lahat ng emblems pinatanggal ko na and monotone look na, color-keyed ang front bumper and tinaggal ko yung stainless rear bumper pinalitan ko ng custom na rollpan. Also, balita ko pinapalitan na yung tires to 60 series last month, dati kasi 50 eh hindi na pwede kasi malayo na byahe at madalas may karga yung gumagamit, nakalbo agad yung luma so kinapalan ng kaunti.

I had an ultra eagle before. Best pickup i have owned as it felt very light, very smooth like a car and had good fuel economy. Walang usok at lamig ng aircon. Drove like a car. Had an L200 (usok) and frontier (matalbog). Ultra Eagle is all power with door handle for rear bed and center arm rest while Power eagle is power steering only with dual clamps for the bed. I love the BD25 engine.

My bed rusted out. Why? We learned the baby chassis (3 lateral bars that sit between the bed and the main chassis was poorly designed - it has no drainage for the water to leak out to - water is then trapped and eats the bed and then the fender. I upgraded my baby chassis and made sure there were several 1" water drains and we also placed drains on the bed.

I never had problems with slanting front tires - well mine was lifted 4" with 30 inch tires (kaya pa 31) so maybe the bolts got tightened even more.

By the way, Power Series (2nd generation nissan pickup with boxy dashboard 89-93) is different from Eagle Series (94-99 3rd gen, terrano look with flareside fenders and terrano / frontier dashboard).


I love the eagle. I made the wrong decision to sell this reliable work horse. Hard to find one with good interiors. My sidings had the leather top and not the all cloth sidings pa naman. Sayang talaga.

Hi it's nice to have some info and reference before buying a car. Congrats for the 2 long years of continous thread i hope humaba pa, because i need some help din.

Its my very first time to have my own car and i'm planning to buy a 2nd hand nissan power eagle kaya excited ako, i found several units with different models may 96 at meron ding 98 model. Now before i give my final decision kung ano ba talaga ang bibilhin ko i'd like to hear muna sana if its reasonable to have a nissan power eagle besides i have a small business din that require hauling.

sa bagay i have read a lot of good things naman from this thread coming from direct owner of nissan power eagle pick ups and beside the rusting problem na pwede naman palang gawan ng paraan eh i don't see anymore problem with this vehicle except for the normal wear and tear. kapag nakabili ako ng ganitong sasakyan ay bibihisan ko rin kung wala accessories na nakalagay pa.

So what do you think guys should i set my target on this vehicle or you have some suggestions? i'd like to hear from you guys and any comments or input is very much appreciated. tnx

go for it ok siya gamitin yung sa akin buhaypa bsta alagaan lang sa change oil at linis. mine is 97 model ultra eagle 220,000km na pero alang problem sa takbo. malakas humatak bsta patay aircon hehe malakas kasi aircon malameg at malakas din sa gas mine is 10-11km mixed driving pag hataw nasa 8-9km/L,so far yun lang at regular na tear and wear... wag mo ng palakihin ang gulong like 235 na size mabigat at takaw sira sa pang ilalim, mine is 215 lang kaya ok lang....sa speed ok naman kaya ang 125km/h with aircon on pag patay kaya pa ang 145km/h pero patay aircon, top speed 160km/h, fastest ive done 155km/h pero hndi naman design for high speed at pang hakot kargahan talaga ang gamit ng pick up kaya kayang kaya mag hakot... mhal na ang diesel kaya 80km/h nalang ang takbo ko. sa parts ok maghanap hindi mahirap... yung 98 model power side miror na at chrome na ang doors at side mirior frames at sliding na yung rear glass..yun lang ma share ko... sa space sa rear passenger medyo cramped siya unlike sa iba fuego at b2500 na maluwag, medyo matagtag siya

hello sa lahat! ask ko lng kung pano ko mapapganda eagle ko...kkabili ko lang and gusto ayusin ng konti..yung mags nya stock medyo panget puede ba ipaayos or palitan ng medyo malaki...san ba mkakabili ng mura pero maganda..may nbabasa ako dito na umaabot ng 150km/h eagle nila pano kaya yun? sakin 100 hirap na...97 model saken 4x2.. advice and sugestion will be thankfully appreciated txn...

gemoboy, try to look for used terrano or pathfinder rims - ung 6 spoke na flower type. tapos palagyan mo big tires kahit used tires. tapos pa lift mo sa zafra and camber align for the new lift. gwapo nun. P calibrate mo din ung enjection pump para bumilis. malakas makina nyan. Di na siguro nakatono sayo. Goodluck!

Mga sir thanks for sharing....may nakita na akong power eagle na pwede kong bilhin, 97 model siya makinis pa at mukhang okay pa overall, check ko nalang pag-uwi ko at ng magkabilihan na. Siguro konting bihis nalang yon like papalagyan ko siguro ng bullbars, stepping board, rain gutters, bedliners at siguro roll bars kung okay ang maging itsura. But before i do all of these things baka meron kayong mga pointers that i need to consider before i close the deal. Like ano ba ang dapat kong tingnan sa sasakyan before i buy it? thanks again mga bros.

GEMEBOY === para makuha ang 120+ na takbo, what i did change the air filter to open typ cone type,then pinalinis ang injector kasama na callibrate dun. Remember when doing 120+ km/h switch off the aircon para hindi hirap at para hindi masira ang aircon comp. mine kaya pa din mag 145km/h 150km/h

ponters pag check ng nissan eagle, rev mo gas dapat solid siya up to 3,000 rpm pataas up to 4,000rpm, yung usok din, hmmm radiator leak, water pump assembly, kalawang sa ilalim ng fenders, steering kung me kabeg......gauge at temp baka mabilis mag overheat.

bullbar will do pampaganda at r15 mags ok na yun pwede din fender para malaki tingnan

just want to share more pics of my old but ever so reliable eagle.. i recently got the chance to use it again after how many months so i took pictures. i missed driving it and nothings changed, it still runs very very well. ang tulin pa rin! also now with the thicker tires, 215/60/R16. medyo nagkabangga lang sa likod nasabitan daw nung isang tao namin. will be using it for one more week until i get my strada back from casa.

sorry for the late response JC. havent visited this site in a bit. Mine is a 95 and sold it for P300+k to guy from isabela mountains. I doubt if that is mine. Mine was lifted with big tires. Its a tall truck that does not have the monster look but high enough to impress P250k-P280k is a good price for a good condition ultra eagle - more if its lifted and setup. get the ultra model as its all power. good luck

guys san ba makikita ung chassis,engine,body no. ng 96 eagle 4x2? the insurance agent kac taga stencil everytime mag renew ako kaya lang hes out of town..tnx!
