customer na po ang makakapagsabi kung maayos po ba ang pag-handle ng service dept namin or hindi.
Guys san ba ok mag pa PMS na casa ! ung ok ang service and walang katayan ng parts !

I really cant help to compare how the Mitsubishi and Toyota Casas work. I just had a talk with a certain JOBERT DIVAL of Diamond Motor Quezon Ave. for scheduling a checkup and warranty service for my Strada. He told me that they do not schedule one and I just had to drop by the casa in the mornng. Hows that for inefficiency. Di ko napigilang sabunin yong tao. So I told him kaya nga nagpapaschedule ako para di sayang oras ko at oras nya. Hindi buong araw pwede akong magbabad sa casa. I also told him sa Toyota scheduled lahat ng pagawa ko kaya managed ko oras ko. Nawalan tuloy ako ng gana pagawa sa kanila, to think maganda pa naman review dito ng ibang owners.
I had my Strada undergone warranty service at Quezon Avenue last Monday for an alignment job and to fix an annoying whistling sound in the steering wheel. I was already at the dealership at 7:30am and was received by the SA. I complained about my steering wheel pulling to the left and I also mentioned this is the same job I asked them to do 2 weeks prior but was not done satisfactorily. The SA told me that it should be done by the afternoon.. Since I was thinking this is a half day job only and my car was 5th or 6th on the line, I decided to do some bank errands first and come after lunch. Here's the rub, i was on the dealership by 2pm. However, work was still being done on the car. Odd I said because I was expecting it to be doe before lunch being early on the line. Anyways, come 4pm the technician called me and informed me that the car will need to stay overnight because they cant get the alignment right. This is after they have made 4 road tests. Nagtaka na ako bakit di pa ako ininform maaga. Thats when I found out late na daw naendorse sa kanila yong kotse. I also asked them bakit di magawa gawa alignment because Ive seen other alignment jobs and it can be completed in 30 minutes tops. Di nila masagot. They can need daw to adjust it further more. Anyways, to make the story short. I left the car with them and by 11pm today, they called me tapos na daw. Aligned na at wala nang whistling sound. So, i went to the casa at 3pm thinking ok na. Drive na ko papuntang Edsa. Sa awa ng dyos after 2 days of getting the car aligned, neither one nagawa. Kumakabig at nagwhiwhistle pa rin. Tawag ako sa Quezon Ave at nakaschedule na naman ako tomorrow. What a waste of time. Now I know why they say Mitsu has quality issues. They cant even do a job right the second time around. Frankly, mukhang knakwartahan nila planta kasi charge lang sila ng charge ng warranty at the expense of my time. Scam? By the way, naubos 1/4 na gas na iniwan ko sa kotse. Kakalabas ko pa lang sa casa umilaw na yong fuel empty warning light.
Naku po, sino ang SA mo diyan? Yung sa akin si Roger Yecla. Dun ka na lang magpunta at siya din halos lahat naghahandle ng strada namin sa tscp. I'm sure alam na niya ang mga sakit ng strada natin. Yung mga iba kasi dun minsan sinisigawan pa ng customer nila kasi palpak. Hingi ka na lang freebies nila to compensate yung nawala sayo. Sobrang abala yan. TskOriginally Posted by Indiosbravos200

Si Mr. Baslot. I forgot his first name. Dalawang beses na ako sa kanya na assign. Sablay nga lang pareho. i just dont understand but di madiagnose ng maige yong kabig. Medyo frustrating. Tapos nirelease pa na walang quality check. I was backreading and I also read about other user's issue sa pagkabig at steering column ata pinapalitan ng casa. I might suggest they look into it also.

same sentiment sa PEAK Motors sa EDSA sir...here's my experience to them..
i've got my GLS-V last july '12..sabi ng SA ko ready to release na ung unit ko after lunch, so andun ako that time to pick-up sana.
however, sai ng SA ko baka madelay daw daw may kulang pa sa documents.1've waited for 1 hr, 2 hrs until inabot ng closing time na.
that's only the time ni-release ung unit, gabi na and it seems nagmamadali na ung SA at mga technicians na irelease na ung unit.
that's means i dont have enough time to check the unit interior and exterior.cguro about 9PM na ako nakalabas sa casa nila.
on my way home,ive noticed na pumapasok ung amoy from outside.i checked all the windows including ventilations, sarado nman lahat.
so sabi ko, may defect cguro ung car.the worst is, pagdating ko sa bahay, napansin ng friend ko na may chip/cracked ung windshield ko
on passenger side.maliit lang naman pero makakapa mo ung chip nya.i've kol immediately ung SA ko informing the problem.sinabihan ba
nman ako na baka binato ung unit on my way home.only 20 mins drive lang nman sa amin sa las pinas and wala nman kami naencounter

ay talagang may defect at isunuli ng mga naunang custumer.pahirapan pa ung pag-claim ng warranty kahit binalik ko agad ung unit the following day.
napalitan naman ung windshield pero ilang araw inabot at ang tagal mga technician nila.regarding sa pumapasok na amoy, di nila naayos.naghanap
na lang ako ng ibang technician which i think is more competent than PEAK Motors EDSA...and until now ay wala pa ung plate and sticker ko,wala
ata ginagawa SA ko dun...i really regret na dun ako kumuha sa PEAK EDSA.
