Sir Gab, haha! So how was the 10k pms? Anyway im also nearing my 10k pms and have called my SA (citimotors makati) to get a quote. To give a background they are always the one taking care of my vehicle, current or previous kaya doon ko pinapagawa. Anyway moving on, i was quoted somewhere around 10500 and in it are all the things done to your 10k check up and they added na may kasamang "alignment" for the 10500 pesos. Then i asked what alignment? They said its really included in the maintenance sop for the 10k, but if not needed okay lang.

So it really got me confused because as i have read, no one in here have mentioned anything about it. Not unless they did not take advantage of it. Anyway i dont think i need an alignment as my steering ia as straight as a "straight line". Appreciate your inputs on this. Thanks alot to all.

Opted to choose Motul SPECIFIC CRDi OIL for my 10K PMS

Specially designed for powerful and recent CRDi cars. Suitable for turbo or naturally aspirated engines, equipped with catalytic converters.
Provides an outstanding detergent/dispersant performance to deal with additional soot/deposits produced by Direct Injection Diesel engines.

Had my 1k pms with DCT Holdings Kalookan roughly around a month ago. We have used 8 liters of Motul CRDI specific 5w-40 for my 4m41 as per my request (they sell it at 450/L which is significantly cheaper than its usual SRP). I was there with the mechanic during the filling up so as to insure that only the right amount of oil was being used. Nothing more, nothing less. Checked it myself, and 8 liters is just right. I reckon the mechanic was planning to put more had I not intervined.

The good thing about DCT is that they allow their clients to bring their own lubricants at no extra cost. With that, I will definitely be using 5w-40 Royal Purple for my 10k oil change.

Citimotors Makati only allow their customers to barge in their own oils after the 5k pms. Well that's as of mid 2009

    Had my 1000km PMS today.

Got my units GLS SE from Citimotors Makati but had it serviced sa Diamond Quezon Ave (reason: nearer our place).

Brought it at 8 am and finished by 11:45 am.
    ODO Reading: 1110km

    Total Bill: P6982.00

    Materials:
9 Lit Turbo XP Synthe (walang sobra) - P5040.00
    Filter Oil - 896.00
    Gas Diesel Treat - 259.00

I paid for labor P550 yata including vat. I have my Blue Service Booklet but they were looking for a local Green Service Booklet! (what is that? I don't remember receiving that from Citimotors).

I called Citimotor and my SA said, free labor na lang yung 5,000 pms ko if i bring it to Makati.

Any similar experience about this service booklet?

I only got only one (1) service booklet and it's green. So I don't know why you got a blue one? As far as I know, 1k & 5k PMS is supposed to be free labor. I'll try to post a picture of my service booklet ASAP. HTH.

Had my 10k PMS last month at Diamond Motors Libis and there was no wheel alignment performed. Just the usual change oil and check-ups (tighten bolts, etc.).

If wheel alignment is not needed, then wala dapat gawin. Just my 2 cents.

    Hi Sir,

The blue booklet is the one from Thailand. Since the Monty is brought in as a CBU (completely built unit), it comes with a service booklet already. MMPC, however, has their own booklet. This is the green and white one that the casa is looking for. I don't think they will honor the blue one as that is not theirs.

Try calling other dealer Mike, even 9 liters is over. My monty used only 8 liters during 1K PMS at DCT Holdings Corp. You can choose between their Turbo XP 560/li. or the Motul CRDi at 450/li. I am also thinking to go Mineral on my 10K. 10K kms interval is not advisable on diesel engines even its FS. Sobrang itim na, tapos they will recommend engine flush???
