Since I believe in Niky, I would blame the dad. And mali pa rin ang MMC coz sinita pa rin nila yung floormat per se, when they can just contest to the owner/driver or whatever that it was just his dad's fault. Hindi man magalang, atleast they said the truth. And if that really is what happened, it will make the dad aware that his reflexes/focus aren't that good anymore as compared to when he was young. Admittance should come from the dad, making MMC safe from a possibly big drop that the blog could have made.

His dad is old, he probably knows already whether he can drive well or not. And just pushing it in to him that he cannot work perfectly might just end up with us losing another old man on the road, which can be safe, too.

this will work for the OEM matting but for aftermarket mats that one puts over the OEM mats, this will not work unless you make a hole in it

Siguro ayaw nalang din ng MMC na magtagal pa discussion with the party involved..anyways, insurance naman sasagot sa properties na na damage sa incident kaya they pointed out na floormat ang problema..and IMO, MMC dont want to blame TS dad since he is not admitting his fault..and maybe, yung floormat nga talaga problem according sa investigation nila...

For TS, maybe he should ask his dad kung talagang kaya pa nyang mag maneho...responsibility niya yun para sa dad nya and other peoples safety...after all, he's the only guy who knows his dads capability.
