Mitsubishi Lancer GSR [Merged]

I'm planning to buy a Lancer GSR(2 dr) na model 2000, hingi naman ng info about this car and ano yung mga pros and cons.

Ano rin ba yung reasonable price for this car?

IIRC 2000 Model GSR has the following (paki correct na lang kung may mali)

1.6 Liter 16 Valve 4G92 SOHC
124 HP (according to MMPC)
INVECS II Tranny
4 wheel disc brakes with ABS
1 (?) airbag


just like any Mitsu Sedan, medyo kailangan bantayan ang suspension system and underchassis

But overall the car is okay naman.

yun gsr ng agent ko sa diamond motors model 2000 yun, manual tranny siya. sinundo ako ng mokong dati sa bahay kasi (syempre salesman pr nya). yan napabili ako sa kanya ng mx hehehe!

IMHO the gsr is a great car, I almost ended up buying one.

Kulang lang sa power, pero maporma.

Whatever you do, DON'T rice it out.

It looks good but don't expect it to be powerful. Why not wait a bit longer for the excise tax law to be implemented, because the price of passenger cars will go down, that's the time you can bargain for a lower price for that gsr, the new excise law can be a good bargaining tool specially when it comes to passenger cars. Maybe for that price of that gsr, you can already pay for the down payment for a city or vios, brand new pa! Magkano nga pala ang presyo niyan?

ok naman siya sa looks and performance,reasonable naman yung mga prices ng spare parts at madali pa makakuha ng OEM or replacement. medyo masikip nga lang sa likod.
