Baka kasi hataw kayo parati? Try to keep the rev below 2k rpm and observe if you'll get better FC. Normal should be from 5.8-7km/l depending on traffic. Best i got for manila-makati route is 6.2km/l.

Depends. Do you really need the bed space of a Strada? Nothing beats brand new.

Well the space, not really.. 2 kids, yaya and my wife.. that's the my daily passenger.. but my family sometimes comes and visit us.. so i'm thinking.. getting a bigger and more versatile ride would reward me more... u think it's reasonable? how's the FC of this big vehicle..??

Issues on this ride?? any comment?

Bakit ganun, average fuel consumption of my Strada 4x4 GLX-V a/t on highways with an average speed of 90 kph is 7km/L. Odometer readimg is 4600km. By the way, I changed my tires to 265x70x17 from 245x65x17.

pwede din icheck ang mid if accurate.
on highway, cruise at a constant speed, get a your actual ground speed via gps on another device(android, iphone). now reset your average speed on your mid(touch the ave speed reading, press reset). from there, you will see if your mid is accurate,
especially if your tires are not oem size( 245/65 17 is more than 2" smaller from 265/70 17, which gives you a 6.9% percent error already)

pinakamataas palang po is 8.6 km/L manual computation and euro 4 diesel ang gamit ko lagi, ang prob ko po is bakit hindi ko mapaabot ng 9-10 km/L
33-34 psi naman all tires ko and kakachange oil ko lang with fully synthetic oil...

ano po kaya dapat ko gawin para tumipid pa ako sa diesel?
ok naman driving ko light foot laging 1.5-2rpm lang ako and sometimes lang ako humaharoroot kapag need sa situation (siguro 1-3 times lang)

It will improve when you get to 10T Kms. Besides, 7-8 km for purely city driving is good enough. Plus you have 4AT compared to 5AT of Montero Sport and higher end Strada.
