    Hi Guys,

    This is my first time to post here at the forum. Hope you can help me with my problem.

    I just bought a Mitsubishi adventure GLX 2.5 MT last Feb 20, 2014. Nung binile ko yung unit 3 days pa lang nireklamo ko na sa sales ( Ahente ) yun menor kasi nanginginig masyado yun kambyo. I cannot go there sa Peak Motor Manila Bay since busy and laging gamit ko talaga yun sasakyan kasi nasa field ako. SO I decided to just go there and have it checked when I reached 1000km. Tapos after a week my sister told me na basa dun sa front seat mukang may leak sa aircon. So ganun pa rin since wala akong time inantay ko yun 1000km

    So dumating na yun 1000km ko I have it change oiled kasama na pati yun reklamo ko sa leak ng aircon at yun sa clutch and kambyo sa Peak Motor Manila Bay. Nun ilalabas ko na yun unit nakita ko wala yung spare tire ko sa likod. Ang problema ko hinde kasama sa nilista ng checker yun spare tire pero every morning bago ako umalis ng bahay I am checking it kasi nga sa labas lang naka park yun sasakyan. Naayos naman lahat ng reklamo ko only that nawala spare tire ko. Under investigation pa kaso parang lumalabas hinde fault ng mga tao sa loob. And ang problem yun checker nun kausap ko sabe nya meron daw spare tire nun pagbalik ko the following week statement nya wla ng spare tire. Sobrang inis n inis ako pero under investigation pa daw ng MMC.

    Ngayun, problem ko tumitigas yun clutch ko and parang ayaw umarangkada ng sasakyan. Imagine I can only run 60 to 80km sa SLEX? though ok lang kaso sobrang hina, ganun ba talaga? baka kasi mali lang ako. I tried returning it kasi 3 times ng nangyari na tumitigas yun clutch, kaso pagdating ko kanina sabe sa akin puno n daw sila bumalik n lang ako ng monday... Sobrang hassle na at inis na inis na ako. Pano kayo ito? ayaw kasi galawin ng Diamond motor yun problem yun sa diamond motor C5, sabe ok naman daw yun sasakyan. Imaginin nyo kun tumutigas yun clutch need ko patayin yun makina parang restart lang ba. haay :-(

    Please help, san ko ba pwede dalin yun sasakyan we will be having long trip this holy week, i need it to get fixed.

    Advise naman san matino ang service ng mitsubishi.

    * sir wala ka choice dyn, kundi sa dealer mo kung Saan mo binili, sila ang me record re sa unit mo lalo sa mga complains mo wag mo ililipat ng dealer lalo sa mga pms. Mas madali sila pag process lalo sa warranty.
    - yung underpower 60-80 kms on highway Baka dumi air filter o sa fuel filter yan.

    Hi sir leo!

    Alam ko naman yun kaya nga sa kanila ko binalik. Naisip ko rin airfilter. Baka maayosnang kabit since nagchange oil ako. Kaso pano kya yun mga reklamo ko? San kaya mas ok lumapit?

    ^ puede mo check Kung di maayos yung lagay air filter DIY na lang.
    - yung complains mo gawa ka ng written complain address mo sa service manager or dun sa pinaka big boss talaga nila. Pakilala ka at ilagay mo Kung anu unit nabili at Kung kelan tapos lahat kapalpakan nila. Ako nga till now naka back job pa yung sasakyan ko I pasok ko after holy wk. me kilala nga lng ako sa loob kya d ako ma deadma nila.

    Na bad trip din ako sa peak motors manila bay.

    Sa akin naman kukuha pa lang ng mirage G4 GLX sa peak motors Manila bay. Since promo ng Aug maganda ang deal nila. SA said that I should apply for a car loan (which I did and was approved promptly) and magpa reserve na ng 5K para pasok sa promo. Did all that Aug 20. After a week wala pa daw unit so okay lang hindi naman nagmamadali. Another week pass and waiting pa daw, so okay din lang. Tapos bago mag 3rd week SA called up and said sorry wala na daw unit and if I want transfer na lang ako s GX variant (taxi unit model) kasi yun na daw nakapromo.

    I was fuming mad, para san pa na I completed requirements within August then sasabihin nila wala na unit for the promo. I dunno how they allocate units pero SA should not have committed kung wala na sila allocation.

    At ang mas bad trip is 3 weeks ang refund. Babalik pa pala sa dealer (were from Cavite) mag file ng refund then mag wait ng pera. Eh sila naman ang may kasalanan bakit ako mag rerefund. BUti kung sagutin nila fares papunta dun. Kunsumisyon

    Hello Guys, UP ko lang tong thread, Bali ngbayad ako ng P5,000 reservation fee for a Mirage G4 GLX CVT unit.

    Then, ung una kong pinagtanungan na CASA Mitsu dasma cavite (approved nako dito but I decided to shop around for the lowest DP na CASA in Metro Manila since malaki DP sa kanila 97k vs 40-55k in other branches)called to inform me na approved na ung request ko for lower DP which is 60k.

    Thing is, nung una attentive at sumasagot pa ung agent ko, but when I informed him na icacancel ko na ung reservation ko and irerefund ko nalang ung fee na 5k, di na sia ngrereply.

    he told me na i e-mail ko nalang ung cancellation letter together with a valid ID but he never confirmed na nareceive nya na un and okay na un to process my refund request.

    Question:

    Should I just go there to pass the letter personally (im from cavite so medyo hassle din tlga lumuwas para lang don if pde nman via e-mail naalang)
    Also, CASH ba ung irerefund nila or CHECK?

    Admittedly, fault ko to since ngbayad ako agad ng downpayment pero ung snobbin nya nako is hindi nmn ata tama.
    5k is still 5k and it is CLEARLY stated that it's refundable.

    Any input will be appreciated.

    i have experience getting refunded by (non-mitsu) casa.
    cheque.
    and one would have to wait several weeks.
    don't wait for it. just go about your daily business. darating din yon.

    yung akin, verbal lang via SA.
    but you will probably feel better, if you gave them a written letter requesting refund.
