430,000 ( 50% down payment) + 51,380 (add ons) = 481,380 - 138,700 (discounts) = 342,680 ( net downpayment)

tapos add mo mga insurance, chattel mortgage, registration, TPL which is 51,380.58

so subtotal 481,380.58

tapos binigyan siya ng promo discount na 138,700 so sobra sobra pa yan sa add-ons na 51,380.58

kaya down niya 342,680.58 nalang

the add-ons are beyond eliminated

SA forgot to include the add-ons sa subtotal, baka sanay mag compute ng all in.

if he didnt include add ons sa subtotal sana 430,000 parin

so baket 431,380.58 sinulat niya?

saan niya nakuha yung 1,380.58?

the big mistake he did was write 431,380.58 instead of 481,380.58

it a big freaking writing error

labo nyan..... talk to the boss nung account officer...... its their fault, they should rectify it asap.
kung hindi mo makausap yung boss nung account officer, talk to someone higher..... kung wala, isumbong mo sa DTI.
