    hello fellow tsikot members,

    nais ko lamang ipamalita ang kadugasang ginawa sa amin ng Union Motors Paco.

    bumili kami ng mitsubishi outlander GLS 4x4 noong dec ’08. at since di namin alam kung anong itsura ng bagong outlander, inakala naming bagong edition yung binigay sa amin. Ngunit nalaman na lang namin sa isang kasamahan naming sa Club Outlander Philippines noong august ‘09 na ang binigay sa kanya ng union motors paco noong oct ’08 na GLS 4x4 ay yung latest edition. At mayroon din na isang nakasabay ko noong jan ’09 na latest edition din ang binigay.

    Meaning, yun ay yung naka all-black interior, headlight washers, rca outlet, cruise control, new side skirts, etc. ang amin ay yung ’07 edition pa rin na beige and black interior at wala nung mga binanggit kong mga bagong options.

    Sumulat kami sa union motors 2 weeks ago at wala man lang tawag o text tungkol sa aming complaint! Kapal talaga!

    Marami pang ibang kapalpakan ang ginawa ng mga sales people nila sa amin, tulad ng paghintay namin ng ilang oras sa aming unit noong araw ng release, maling floor mats (pang lancer) at pag paliban ng paglagay ng seatcovers at ang lahat na ito ay dahil Christmas party nila noong release day ng unit namin!

    Ang isa pang masama sa kanila ay dineny pa ng sales supervisor nila na hindi galing sa kanila yung outlander na nakasabay ko noong jan ’09. napatunayan nung nagmamaneho na galing sa union motors paco ang kanilang unit dahil siya mismo ang kumuha ng unit noong dec ’09 din!

    Malalagutan sila dahil inakyat na namin ang aming reklamo sa mga kinauukulang awtoridad.

    Let this be a warning to all those who are planning to buy vehicles from this dealership that practice UNFAIR TRADE! In short, MGA MANDURUGAS ANG MGA TAGA UNION MOTORS PACO!!

    sir, thats very troubling to hear! i can understand your frustration.. the thing is, i am dealing now with the said dealer for the 2010MY Strada (GLS Sport A/T) and thats scary!
    btw, you did not check the VIN (vehicle identification number) before got out from the casa?

    Kadalasan kung nagkakasabay ang dalawang models, binibigyan na nila ng malaking discounts ang outgoing model. Na pag-kumpara ba ninyo ang ang mga presyo?

    This should be brought to the Attention of Mitsubishi Motors directly if Union Motors cannot answer your allegations.

    sir lymar07 pwede ninyo po ba i-post dito yung name ng sales agent na naka-deal niyo sa Union Paco....dun din ako bumili nung Strada ko 2 years ago....so far ok naman nabigay nila sa amin na unit.

    Buti nalang sir sumali ka po sa COP....at nalaman niyo na iba yung model na naibigay sa inyo.....Yung price po ba na binayaran niyo kapareho nung binayaran nung mga kasama niyo sa COP?? Baka nga po discounted yung presyo sa inyo kasi previous model po ang binigay sayo....kung same price, nadaya nga kayo....

    Sir....try nyo po kumuha sa Mitsubishi sa Marcos Avenue (not sure if Diamond Motors ito)....or check nyo po yung threads ng Strada Club and ask niyo sino pwede nila marecommend na casa or agent....karamihan duon ok yung naka-deal nila na mga casa/agent...

    IMHO, regardless of the price given to you by the dealer (same price of the '09 model or discounted), you could file a case of something like MISREPRESENTATION. The selling dealer SHOULD have clearly explained to you what vehicle you were purchasing.

    To add, could you check the documents that was given to you? The vehicle year model would also prove vital in determining if there was malicious intent to fool you.

    You got nothing to lose on this. Pursue probing the case and let not this issue remain here in the forums.

    Uhm. Curious lang, for example napatunayang may pagkukulang ang Union Motors, is it still possible for them to replace the vehicle of the TS?

    i did not check the VIN as i am not familiar w/ it. thing is, it looked to me that all the units then had the same specs...til i found out from some other outie owners who got their units a month before and a week after my unit was released.

    yup, my co-outlander club member (who got his unit in oct '08) and i had the same price tag on the outies. i think he even got a bigger discount than i did.

    delvin dotullo ang sales agent ko...supervisor pa siya! he was referred to me by their sales manager, rolando 'dodi' bartido, who was also the recipient of our complaint letter.

    di ko lang alam kung alam ng mga owners ng dealership na ma-raket itong si delvin kasi may ginawa siya sa downpayment ng insurance namin. sa kanya muna namin binigay yung d/p kasi kelangan niya raw yung pera for his daughter. binigyan pa nga namin siya ng tip (as in money) for being accommodating to us. sheesh!

    that's true, regardless of the amount i have paid for the unit, it is a blatant ACT OF UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE on union motors' part. and true that there was a malicious intent to cover-up or lie about the other latest edition unit which was released a week after mine that it was not from their dealership.

    i have elevated my complaint to DTI and to the MMPC President/CEO himself. i have proofs of my unit and my fellow outlander club member's docs showing that his is the latest edition.

    even the manufacturing dates on our seatbelts showed that his was made in 2008 whereas mine was 2007.

    that is what i am hoping to achieve as a settlement. i am not settling for anything less than a replacement which is actually due me in the first place.

    i wish they could have been more transparent when they sold you the unit.

    did they use more than the usual convincing words in a pleading tone for you to get the unit back then?
