February 25th, 2013 07:23 PM #488Madami ata pwede pasukan outside smell aside from the vents, read somewhere that if you remove some of the step sills or cladding makikita mo yung daan so yun pa lng pwede na siguro pasukan ng amoy, some would even try to put additional undercoat dun sa mga areas na pwede pasukan ng amoy during their rustproofing. Dun din ata sa firewall nung engine may mga areas na pwede pasukan ng amoy.
Anyway what I do is to let the outside air in once wala na ko sa mabaho na part ng daan but most of the time nawawala naman agad siya so no need to let the outside air in

February 25th, 2013 11:59 PM #490This is somewhat of a turn off... may ibang sasakyan din na ganito ang "problema" kahit bago? It does not sound reasonable na ganon sa bagong kotse. Malas mo na lang siguro kung may sinusundan kang truck ng basura or baboy? :S Joking aside sana magawan ng paraan yan...
So aside from heavy steering, occasional stereo/GPS issues, and "poor" insulation to outside smells is there anything else to look out for on the Montero? Are there others here who find the step board could be wider or are there a lot of people who find the step board too narrow?
sinabi moh! i hardly see my children now. when they were young, schedules were more predictable.
Traffic!
