Re: GPS - though i didnt avail the GPS sd card, as far as i know, "non-assisted" ang GPS module naten, meaning direct lang sa mga satellites siya kukuha, unline sa mobile devices na "assisted" via internet para mas madali ang "location fixing", from the internet location services.
Re: outside service, as of now, Winterpine lang kasi tlaga official provider nung GPS SD card for the AVT HU.. so its either get it from the casa (which is just a branch of Winterpine pa rin anyway.) We have some members here who "copied" from the legit SD Cards pero sa pagkaalam ko merong limitation like distorted maps, due to the embedded anti-copying feature/checksum/id ng mga SD card..

Thanks Ash... so now I prefer to buy sa casa na lang just to get a legitimate SD card and have to wait 1,000 for pms. This site is very helpful lalo na sa katulad kong baguhan kaya back read muna for useful tips.

Sir Garci nangyari din sa akin yan when they installed back up sensor. Price was 4,500 minus 5% kuno naging 4,250 but nagkatawaran pa uli at naging 4k na lang ang problema invoice lang makukuha mo at walang original receipt which hindi na talaga dumaan sa mismong cashier.

So yung offer sa akin na 5.5 sa SD card eh parehas lang tayo pero pwede pang bumaba sa bulong..ask ko na rin sir after ng update at installation, gumagana ba siya without using any gadgets eg internet connections? Planning to buy one next month.

Mga Sir ask ko lang since some dealer are offering very low DP on thier old 2012 mdl GTV. Very tempting but not sure kung ano difference sa 2013 mdl. SA told me na halos wala daw almost same ng 2013.
Has anyone here avail the 2012 mdl promo?
