It's a common Strada problem, have it rectified by dealer. Be very insistent otherwise they will just tell you that the unevenness is within spec. Mine was 1.25 inches uneven and they had the gall to tell me it was tolerable. Had to argue and complain incessantly until the warranty officer gave in.

New here. Mag-inquire lang ako kung may ma-suggest kayo na shop in Metro Manila (i live in Libis, so mas malapit mas ok ) that can handle scv replacement and egr cleaning for a Mistubishi Strada GLS, '08 model. Baka masyado kasi mahal 'pag sa casa and out of warranty na din auto ko.

And if you do blank the EGR, you'll just have carbon build up somewhere else. Intresado din ako sa AI to avoid the carbon build up and for the added hp it will give me. It will cost a good amount of money but the benefits will even it out.

My suggestion is, just blip your throttle once in a while to clear those carbon deposits.

mga bossing, may itatanong lang sana ako..i drive a 2011 GLX-V at recently parang sinisinok yung makina ko kpag nka-menor ako..mga 1300-1500rpm..taas baba yung rpm ko..nwawala nmn xa kpag diniinan mo pa yung rev..basta lumampas xa dun sa 1500rpm, ok na..na-eexperience ko xa malimit kpag city driving na mdaming ptigil tigil.. di cguro sa engine ung problema kc kpag nmn nka-idle xa eh walang problema. last month na-experience ko din na parang bumababad sa 2nd gear..antagal bago mgshift..halos hagok na ung mkina..pero nung dinala ko sa casa, at tnest-drive eh nwala bigla.. anu kaya problema mga boss. halos 6 mos. plang sakin si "erap", 5k PMS nya din this week, sana msagot nyo ako pra yun ang maulit ko sa casa. thanks!

If the problem is shifting, it might be transmission problem....

new 2011 GLX strada owner here. Mag 3 weeks old na strada ko sa akin pero 11mos old na siya(2nd hand ko nakuha from a friend). May question po ako about sa sound pag dumadaan ako sa humps diagonally. Sanay kasi ako sa car kaya lowered style lagi yung entry ko sa mga humps. May nanonotice ako na sound mapa left or right pag nag huhumps ako. Hindi siya yung parang cracking sound na tuloy tuloy. More of isang "tok" lang siya everytime na may humps ako dadaanan. Although nung kinuha ko siya wala namang ganyan. This week ko lang napapansin. Tinry ko i shake yung strada ko pero hindi lumalabas yung tunog. More on pag may humps lang tlga and left wheel first/right wheel first. Thank you po in advance hintayin ko na lang yung mga reply para bukas ng umaga makakapila na ako sa ka isa isang Mitsu sa CdO.

*Sir Doy, thank you for recommending Michelin and Ajcarhub dito sa CdO. Nakahanap na ako ng stock replacement sa nabasag ko na reflector. 700 lang bili ko

Radio (walang usb)
Bedliner
steering audio control
alarm <& auto lock>
passenger air bag
yung lights sa door
clock
auto side mirrors
etc... (may iba pa yata) <stepboard, the Chromes, rear bumper, fog lamps, power windows>

then yng color, i think limited (or mahirap ang non-white) kapag base model. though minsan may nakikita din akong black.

GLX : SRS airbag (for safety! hindi ka pa pwede magpakabit sa labas)
Steering mounted audio controls
Mags
Bed liner
Power windows
Power lock and alarm
Fog lamps
sidings and seat finish

Kulang pa siguro 105K dyan.

Mali pala, hindi siya "Michelin" kundi Michiba. About the sound, Nag try na ako kalugin yung sasakyan and naririnig ko na yung sound coming from the front shocks. Ano po pwede quick remedy nito para hindi maingay?If not, ipapasok ko na lang to sa Casa and hopefully madaan sa warranty.

Planning to buy my next everyday car very soon and im looking at the strada 4x4 a/t. is it true that the strada needs a lot of engine oil?
my last car was a 3.8 genesis(6+ltrs fully synth and casa demanded every 5k change oil else they will void warranty) so i really want something more practical this time. ( ground clearance, Space and cheaper to run)

Thanks! I'll have it checked and cleaned sa 5K PMS.. pati na rin EGR.. better yet palitan nila kung kailangan.. sana mkuha sa warranty..sari-sari kasi plusot sinasabi sa casa para lang wag ka mkapag-claim ng warranty..

strada alarm just triggered by itself the other afternoon and 2 consecutive nights. went to casa for check up................. casa refuse saying its normal for alarm to trigger due to sensitivity. WHOAT?! a silent peaceful night on the garage waking us up 12:30am and 2:45am just to turn off the alarm. but we insisted on getting it checked, all we got is a suggestion to adjust the sensitivity of the alarm, LOLZ!!! by the way strada is 7 months already.

tama naman po yung suggestion ng casa. Why fix something that is not broken? Puede hinaan yung sensitivity nyan, meron maliit na knob below the steering column on the right if i'm not mistaken.
