Hi, I'm Noel From Pangasinan but original of Nueva Ecija!
Glad to finished reading all your quotes guys(page 1 to 72). Ive found it informative regarding everything about the model of our type of car.
I bought mine about 7months ago, but I only found the presence and essence of this forum a days ago.
For the past couple of months, Im very busy with the manual, performance, technology... of my car. Up until now, a lot of things that I've learned.
For me, be careful with the modification especially if it is a vital parts of your car. like the mags, we need to consider critical speed, gear ratio, the impact absorption of tire when it was changed... etc (the factors that maybe affected)
Internet is a wonderful source of knowledge, just like this.

Want to share some facts about "My" ASX GLS-SE,
-10.23Km/li (6months data, 7000km)
-7.5mm Original tire-tread depth (1mm consumption per 9000Km, expect to change on or during 3rd year of use)
-10k PMS is around 5-6k in Dagupan Pangasinan, Mitsu-Mandaluyong is around 8k, Mitsu-Pasong tamo is around 7k.
-Tire pressure is 30PSI on rear and 31PSI on front (long and hot journed should be adjusted to -1PSI)
- 0-100km = 9-10sec
-Premium gasoline in Alaminos Pangasinan = 48.35PhP
-93RON or 95RON fuel has no big effect both on performance and cost
-some parts of the spare tire housing (underneath), & break disk-drum have some rust. I do some paint work, and its nice)

PS. Kindy share some of your helpfull experience to preserve the service of our rare-auto model, have a nice motoring...

Kung hindi mo pa ginagawa, I suggest ipa undercoat mo car mo to avoid your car getting rust specially in those nooks and crannies sa ilalim ng car. I am from Manila but based here in Pangasinan. I also own a black ASX GLS SE. Don't know if we have passed each other somewhere here in Pangasina. Work here at a Power Plant in Sual. What color is your ASX? Welcome to Tsikot forum

SE KF-Blue.
I already did the undercoating, the problem is pag may natatapong fluid sa may compartment ko e tumululoy dun sa compartment ng gulong at dun may mga kinakalawang lalo na nung tag-ulan. Ok naman at nagkaron na ko ng preventive personal maintenance, wanted to share because I was surprised to that area na weak ang paint-finished. Maybe we need to make a top-coating on that area just like the undercoat.
I am glad to hear that there are three ASX based sa Pangasinan, although your from Manila. But I think e hindi pa tayo nagsasalubong. Hope to see you someday especially we're one city apart, Alaminos is my nearby city also.
I did some sticker attachement sa ASX ko, at for me it looks good especially yung nasa may gawing ilaw, na-specify lalo yung ganda ng ilaw at sa gabi lalo s'yang visible. I dont know if from somebody that it looks good because my wife somethimes she doesn't buy on it.Hehehe...
Friday or Saturday is my PMS in Dagupan, I can drop there in Sual if I have time or if you have time?!?!?

sir, pa tulong po... bibili na ako ASX pero may problema kunti... yung available stocks nila na colors are Red, Brown, kingfishers blue...
gustong gusto ko talaga kingfishers blue.. isa nalang yung available na blue.. tapos yung mileage niya is 266km... parang grabeh na test drive dun.. ok lang ba kunin ko yun?? 266KM i think its a long test drive already...

I-try mo sa ibang dealer bro, wala naman sigurong mawawala na malakik kung maghihintay kay ng ilang linggo. kesa naman kunin mo yung 266km na na gamit n, then later you found out some defects, frustrating yun. Pero kung talagang excited ka na sa new ASX, kailangan lang n mas maging mapanuri k bago mo i-accept ang unit. bukod sa Pre-delivery Inspection nila e tingnan mo pa ring mabuti!

Tol... grabe, khapon monday 10am appointment ko then inabot ang 4pm d prin gumana ang remote... pinababalik uli ako the next day now... dna ako pumayag dhil inabot nko ng 1 Araw doon sa Peak motors so home service na lang knina dumating yung technician dala na lahat pinalitan ang remote control, controller switch at bagong unit ng entertainment system... ayun lhat bgo.....
May question lang ako na check nyo ba ang head light ninyo? Now minsan umuulan at medyo malamig naang gabi... nag-mmoist ba ang sa inyo? Tulad nito?

Sir rensom dito ka na pala. lol Musta na? yun problem mo ganun din sa akin nagmmoist yun headlight. Lalo na nung panahong na maulan. Baka iba din nakakaexperience din ng ganyan.

PS. Sir naalala mo yun SD formatter? Kung may time ka patry baka sakali gumana yun copy ng inav sa ibang SD card. kahit bilhin ko na lang sayo wag lang yun sa casa na worth libu-libo.

Regarding PMS of ASX, ano ang mga cover ng 5k at 10k. except yung common na oil filter, oil, cleaning of air filter?
Dito kasi s Dagupan yang common lang na yan ang nagagalaw nila, parang kulang kahit na may mga checklist e mukhang di nache-check up!
Somebody can give me good advice regarding especially sa 10k PMS?

Sa Calasiao ang casa! pero hindi ako contented sa PMS nila, yung langis lang concern nila, and filters. ni hindi nila chinek-up mga turnilyo nung 5k PMS ko. I'm not sure about ASX s Urdaneta, pero after few months nung nakuha ko ASX ko dun e 3 pa lang daw kami na may ASX (way back August) pero yung isa e sa Baguio pa galing. Red ang wala pa akong nakikita. kumusta naman PMS mo?

katatapos lang ng PMS ko two weeks ago 5k sa Citimotors las piñas. Filters lang din at langis. Yun iba ako na nagsabi tulad nung headunit na di gumagana yun ipod cable. tanggal sa loob. Malinis naman pagkatapos nila gawin. kasama carwash.

Oo, prang kulang. ibang casa nababalitaan ko mas maayos ang PM lalo na sa mga turnilyo sa ilalim. anyway, ako na ang nagbalik sa saksakan ng USB ko, tpos nilagyan ko n rin ng tape at lock para di na sya mhugot uli.
So, almost di rin nagkakalayo ang PM sa mga kasa. but still I'm not contented.

sa pagkaka alam ko they do re-tightening ng mga turnilyo sa pang ilalim during the 1k check up coz that is what they did to my car. I always have my PMS done at Diamond Motors sa Marcos Highway Cainta coz very friendly at maayos gawa nila dun. In fact, pwede mo nga tignan car mo while they are doing the PM.
Yun problema sa headlight na nagkakaroon ng moist, try to check the rubber seal connecting the bulb to the headlight housing sa loob, baka kasi hindi siya naka seal ng maayos. The only way na magkakaroon ng moist sa loob ng headlight unit is pag hindi siya tightly sealed, meaning, meron nakakapasok na air.
Just an advise pag nagpa PM tayo, dapat banggitin natin lahat ng mga concerns natin sa car no matter how trivial it is.

Sorry bro, pero restricted ang area namin kaya di pwede pumasok sa loob. We are staying kasi sa accommodation ng planta. Maybe we can meet sa Dagupan. During weekend, Saturday, ang grocery ni kumander and we always go sa Dagupan for that and have lunch sa CSI, Robinson or sa ibang place dun na masarap pagkain.

Saan ka sa bacoor? Anong color ng asx mo? Kasi may lagi akong nakikitang red sa sm bacoor.... taga bacoor din ako.

Sa molino ako sir. Madalang ako magpunta sa sm bacoor kasi matrapik galing molino. King Fisher Blue din ako sir. May nakasalubong ako asx kfb dito pero di ko alam kung member ng tsikot.

Tama ka, Tol. All in na yun binayaran ko na 31k sa insurance ko. That is the total cost. Hanap na lang ng medyo mura but beware also dahil baka sa sobrang mura di naman pala ayos pag nag claim ka na. Sa pioneer kasi subok ko na.

Agree ako sayo Sir Larry, super ok ang claims sa Pioneer. Wala pa ako dito sa mundo nasa Pioneer na father ko kaya subok na din namin. hehehe! Sir Larry tanong lang po, same po ba ng coverage yung sa inyo sa proposal kay Sir Rensom? Kasi nag-compute din ako and tama naman yung rates sa proposal kay sir rensom (Private Car Rate). Yung sa inyo po kasi na 31k+ ay lumalabas na C.V. (Commercial Vehicle) rate ang ginamit sa inyo. Ang pinagtataka ko lang ay kung bakit maliit ang participation nyo (0.5%). Ang 0.5% po kasi na participation ay para sa P.C. Rate. at 1% naman dapat sa C.V. Hybrid? hehehe!

Saan nyo na nga po sir nakuha insurance nyo?
