The answer is very obvious. Human nature is always greedy. We always want more than we have and that is human reality. So if someone tells you that satisfied na sya sa income nya or what he has he might be just half truthful. Because maskin kontento ka man, there is always that feeling na I could always use for some more... Para bang naka Civic ka right now, why not Accord, pag naka Accord ka na why not BMW 3 series and so-on and so forth...

Not satisfied, with the high cost of living the income hardly covers the needs.

    oo naman!

to answer the question, siguro oo... kung hindi lang talaga ako gastado at mahilig sa gadgets, sagot ko oo talaga lalo na dependent pa rin ako sa parents ko at sarili ko lang ang ginagastusan ko

For me, for the meantime, I am satisfied with my current income. But in a couple of years if that doesn't go up, i will not be satisfied anymore.

+1! Especially when I'm reminded of those who don't deserve to get paid higher than I do.

it's not how much you make

    it's your lifestyle

no matter how much you make, if the cost of funding your lifestyle is higher than your income, you will not be satisfied with your income

I am satisfied now only because I have no loans or credit card debt and I still live with my parents so I don't pay for gas, rental and utilities. I know some people my age who have children, car and housing loan payments. If I were in that situation then my income definitely won't suffice.

I barely get by with what I'm getting right now. Dami pa kasing binabayaran eh. But when I pay off my car loan this December, medyo makakaluwag na.

But like the others said, having a job and getting a regular salary sure as hell beats being unemployed anytime. Dami kong tinutugis ngayon na delinquent debtors kasi apektado talaga sila sa financial downturn. It's not a pretty sight slapping those handcuffs on somebody who's down on his luck. I sure hope the economy gets better sooner, rather than later.

If I am not paying so much every month for our house and our car, nakow, I'd definitely have the latest and the greatest gadgets already!

But for now, nakaka-sobra pa nang kaunti, thanks to lower tuition fees.

With my current status as married and with family, I doubt I'll ever become a millionaire. But, I'm not really being stressed at work unlike when I was in the military. Plus, I love my job. My job is cake because I'm quite experienced at it. I have time for my family and relatives. We also have insurance and medical coverage.

I'm also extremely lucky to have a job (besides my pension) considering the bad economic times. It could be worse.

    So, yep. I'm satisfied.
