Pabugso2x na naman ang malakas na ulan.
Peace out!
The guard did not allow me to leave home. Knee deep daw sa labas tapos bewang sa may C5 - petron area. Naging sub un mga tsikot nakapark sa basement ng treats C5 nun kasagsagan ng ondoy. Wag naman sana this time. The wall that collapsed in C5/mckinley could be the area that gets flooded all the time. Sa may tabi ng UK embassy.

bakit meron area ngayon na bumaha pero hindi naman bumaha or hindi ganon ka grabe ang baha nung ondoy or habagat? and vice versa? aside from the amount of rainfall, malaki din ba ang factor sa pag bukas ng dam? who controls the flood?![]()
