* renzo - txt received sir. pero prefer ko vacant lot. gusto ko kc sarili kong house design.
Mahirap yata magdeclare ng budget.hehe. Basta ang clear lang eh hindi ako pang super upscale na subdivision (like ayala estates na anlalaki pa ng cut ng lote). Before ondoy they are selling lot at 16K/sq.m but now it's at least 30K/sq.m

* vinj - that is exactly my point. kahit xavierville may part din na binaha. Inquired also in tierra pura. pero ang nagiisang lot na nabasa ko na for sale. sold out agad.

* sugarcane - ayun na nga po, dapat macheck talaga history, mahirap na magkamali

Marami kasi ako sir binebentang lot so need ko budget para mabigay ko po sainyo pinaka-swak. Hehe. Kahit estimate lang siguro po.

hindi nabaha ang lugar namin sa may tandang sora (saint dominic 6 subdivision).diko nga alam na nabaha ang maraming lugar sa metro manila if hindi ako nanood ng tv patrol.

meron po ba nakatira dito malapit sa ciudad verde by sta lucia sa west fairview? kung binaha.tinignan din kasi namin ito

flood prone yan si timog corner scout tobias. Bakit kasi jan pinipili lumaban. Eh ang dami secondary road jan magsasawa ka. TAmad umikot gusto mabilisan eh risky naman. Parang utak motorcycle din apurado.

Ako atras na ako sa ganyan, ikut ako sa ibang scout.

the scouts area is infamous for flash-flooding.
but unless there is someone standing on the road, estimating the depth of the flood can be tricky, especially to strangers in the area.
better to simply avoid the neighborhood altogether.

i remember that video of several years past.
hitler fuming over the motorist's act... "...taga-UP ka pa naman..."

Morato, timog, abs, and to some extent tropical hut. They are the notorious on scout area as they act as a catch basin.
The rest are high enough.
I say tama si kags. Ang daming pwedeng lusutan sa scout area if you are just "informed". Hehehehe
