    Panay ang leave. Pinagtatawanan na lang ng German boss ko. But I defend him na I need him kasi if not ma reassign siya sa ibang dept and I know he does not want that. Is it too much to ask na if I ask him to do something e to do it well.

    why? whats keeping you from letting him/her get transferred or terminated?

    He's nice naman. Sa trabaho lang sablay. Eto si "pasabay" officemate ko. I think he saw me crying at my desk. When I got back tapos na yun report. So what was he saying na hindi niya alam.

    Delikado na nga talaga standing niya sa employee evaluation. Nahulo kasi siya ng VP working on his sideline during hours. So ayoko ng dagdagan pa atraso niya. Pero minsan naiipit ako. Ngayon kami ng direct boss ko may conflict dahil sa report na yan.

    Work is work... kapag ayaw umayos tanggalin sa work. Results ang kailangan hindi yung being nice kaya andyan. Hindi na kailangan patagalin yang ganyan dami na naghahanap ng trabaho para ipalit sa kanya

    The current port congestion is a real bad trip for the manufacturing industry. The raw materials needed for production cannot be cleared in a timely fashion and there is no assurance on the release.

    We have to air ship them and that is very expensive!

    I have to shutdown one line for at least a couple of weeks and others are in much worse situation...

Bakit ka badtrip today?
