Listening to Claudine's excuse that their children's medicine were in their luggage... if the meds were that important, you would be packing them in your handcarry, not in your check-in luggage.

If they were that critical, they would have had them from Manila to Boracay. Even in liquid form, if the meds are critical as she insists, you will have them on your person.

im not sure if tulfo have the right to record the scene, because they are in a public area and recording an incident might help (or not) clarify an issue.

claudine is really palengkera and surely she could have cursed the ground attendant from head to toe, she is lying when she said she didnt, i too would cursed the attendant and demand a refund or a new ticket to at least to pay for the time i had lost waiting for a luggage that was left without informing me prior.

did the santiagos and barettos avail piso fare??? how cheap if they do...a high class "model" would do that...i dont think so...the rich and famous are not paying the services rendered enough i suppose...

medicine inside the luggage??? such a lame excuse, you dont put important medicines inside the luggage to checked in, they should know this because they had been traveling a lot...

i read tulfo is a martial arts expert, i guess his skills could have tarnish as he age, and he want trained well to handle multiple enemies, its only in the movies where jacky chan, jet li and the likes could prevail with tens of enemies...

while i beleive santiago and company went overboard, i have not sympathies for tulfo either

minsan, itong mga taga media hindi marunong mag dispensa kung kukuha ng video all for the sake of a scoop or readership

ngayon, tulfo is playing the appeal to misery card by citing na kawawa daw yung ground crew ng cebu pac

if cebu pac mishandled my luggage and could not offer any reasonable or acceptable explanation, ako rin magagalit talaga

ika nga we get what we pay for.

in my case, when I fly Cebu Pac, I always lower my expectations except for safety of course (I expect to arrive alive). I've flown Cebu Pac (Osaka-Manila) a couple of times and also some domestic flights but i have not encountered any problems yet. BUt I always anticipate delays etc for budget airlines.

True. True. I just want to give them the benefit of the doubt. If you didn't need them yet since you were expecting a short flight, It probably wouldn't matter to them at first so checking it in might be ok. Baka nebulizer din sya na nakapack with the other items.

For what it's worth, losing your luggage or getting it delayed is a big hassle. You need to be super tolerant in situations like this especially if you're tired from a trip.

I believe Tulfo was wrong in trying to "camcord" the Santiago's. What he did is just similar to pouring gasoline on fire, he just aggravated the situation.

The Santiago's, Claudine especially, should have been more civil in handling this especially with her and her family being "known" to the public.
