Agree with this. The head mechanic are the ones being sent sa training pag may bagong release na product. Not all mechanics goes to training. But said person is supposed to share what he/she has learn from said training to the other mechanics.

In fact, I ordered a spare keyless remote unit (I want to have a extra spare just in case I loose one) and it's more than a month na and they still cannot give me a price or when I can get it.
Only 1 Keyless remote given? no duplicate?

thanks guys.. probably later i'll visit mazda edsa because im also planning to look at the forester.

this battery concern might be the deal breaker for me. last night i did some research and i think AWD really uses a different kind of battery. sourcing it might be hard.

Or contact Berjaya via FB. My dad emailed her asking if the AWD's reverse cam can be connected to the 2.0's HU. She said that she'll ask the tech department for more info short of replacing the HU

Ang Sales Dept hanggang benta lang. Di nga alam na may aircon filter pala ang unit :hysterical:

The car comes with 2 keyless remote but a friend advised me to get an extra spare kasi baka matagal bago mabigay if I order a new one which is what happened nga. I tend to misplace things kasi

confirmed it already, motolite or likes CANT be use for AWD. the battery for AWD cost 17k (casa price) which is gud for 1-1/2 yrs to 2 yrs.

all the money saved from PMS will break even for the battery cost.

Wow! That is something AWD buyers will really need to consider, especially since most batteries last 2 yrs at most.

Baka naman pwede gamitin ang local battery with the same size and capacity pero kung madetect ng ECU na di sya compatible di lang gagana ang iStop.

as per technical of berjaya, it cant be use. pero hindi ko natanong kung pag ordinary ang battery, mawawala lang ba ang istop feature ng sasakyan. kasi pwede naman i-off ang istop with a simple push of a button

Confirmed with who? The casa? Of course they'll say it's incompatible. No car manufacturer would put out a worldwide product and insist that their customers must need to buy parts only at the casa. There will always be an aftermarket alternative to common car parts.

2 casas confirmed that it is using a different battery, one quoted it for 15k and 17k for the other. also looking closely at the battery of awd you will notice the "for start stop" but for the 2.0, none of these were written

you can check from the net that there are types of battery with start stop function. for europe they are plenty but as of this posting, i believe no one is selling it locally

question is, if using ordinary battery can still be use and resulting to non use of istop?

istop- like the system they put in those mini but it is a little bit buggy(sa mini)

query- if the engine is in paused mode instead of stop.. will the aircon also shut off, since normally this is connected to the engine save if it is an electric compressor?
