Noong first time ko makita cx5, aaminin ko medyo nanibago ako sa looks ng front grilles (pero di naman totally napangitan). And the more na nakikita mo siya sa pics, nakapagrealize na elegant pala ang design niya and kakaiba sa mga usual front design ng mga cars nowadays that is why my edge ang mazda ngayon.
And when i decided to buy my first compact suv, cx5 is gonna be the best looking yet affordable car in this category.
Once you have it, you will love it! :-) and the people around you will love more...hahah!

Its not just the looks but the total package nung vehicle and what the manufacturer can offer. One will always find faults in a vehicle if one looks for it, it just so happens na its the CX-5 that appeal most to my wife's needs, senses and pocket in a vehicle. Sabi mga ni utol bakit di na lng Chevy TB o yung lalabas na MUX, si erpat dapat daw Toyota/Rav4 para made in Japan ( he doesn't know that CX5 is CBU from Japan), matibay at mataas resale value. In the end its the end user that will have to make an informed decision on his/her purchase.

October 24th, 2014 07:15 PM #1734Natesting stability ng CX5 at 180Kph, I was really surprised kasi mas stable pa xa sa lancer ko even though mas mataas di hamak yung ground clearance niya. I really like the comfort it offers and the premium feeling it gives me. I compared it with the montero, rav4,TB and tucson, basta ibang-iba. Hindi ko lang naicompare sa Forester XT, ito sana yung first bet ko kaso nga lang nag-aalangan talaga ako sa CVT, hindi lang CVT ng Subaru but in genral, parang wala akong tiwala sa CVT in general.

^Tama yun observation mo about sa leather ng cx5. I remember may visitor kami na japanese foreigner dati, very particular siya sa leather seats. No good daw yung leather ng ibang brands dko na babanggitin. I asked why, nag babago daw kasi ng texture over time, nagiging madulas at makintab while sa cx5 hindi naman daw. I haven't proven it though since bago lang yung cx5 ng isang friend ko.

October 27th, 2014 08:08 AM #1738Tinters at VKOOL recommends X05 to match the privacy glass of the 2nd row windows, di ko lng alam kung may ganung kaitim sa OEM.
Naka privacy glass sir 2nd row and rear windows ni CX-5

October 27th, 2014 06:01 PM #1740OEM35 on the rear and 2nd row windows then OEM05 on the front will probably match.
VK series will have a greenish shade so medyo di makukuha yung shade ng WS and windows nya. BTW try to test the visibility ng OEM05 at night, it might be too dark for your taste. If he will not tint his 2nd row tignan nya OEM35 sa front only.
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
