Yep at its price point I would seriously consider the Xtrail.

Not true. Was at CAMPI yesterday and checked the X-trail, I'm 5'4" tried the 3rd seat and it was a pain! Naka tip-toe na ako dun, pwede siguro yan sa mga kids and I mean 5-10 yrs old.

Ako naman can't decide between Sorento or CX-5, sana panoramic sun roof din CX-5.

Yup that's the one except may moon roof display nila, masikip yung 3rd row for adults pero kids baka pwede pag tyagaan.

A lot of people, even Europeans, are not that well versed with "breaking-in" new vehicles.

If you can afford a 1.5M++ vehicle, then you should be able to afford to maintain it. If you can't, then buy a lower tier vehicle
I agree. I had a 2003 CRV and PMS usually was around P10k. And I have a 2010 Monty and PMS is around 10k as well. Both casa maintained. I guess Banawe would be cheaper.

I thought its free parts and labor under the yojin3, so whats the scope of the prices stated above?

It means that amount is what you will save or an extra discount if you will factor it in.
