Welcome sir pickupbike, this forum is truly very informative and people are very helpful and knowledgeable about b-trucks, I'm talking from experience. That's why I'm glad this forum exists and is staying strong in tsikot, thanks to all concerned. Keep on truckin'!!!

good pm mga bro! i am also a B2500 owner, just got it last august this year. this is my first diesel machine, my long dreamed pickup. please count me in also in your very informative forum. have just log in today with the help of my daughter at medyo am not well versed sa computer. but i am reading already your forum ba tawag nun, about a month now. accidental lang talaga na napunta ako sa tsikot at swerte nga natunton ko ito re: B-series. malapit na yata ako mangalahati sa pagbabasa starting from page 1 to be on the right track and i really find it very helpful especially i have no knowledge in car machines maintenance. got started already the cleaning maintenance: changed oil, oil filter, air filter, brake pads front, 4-glow plugs (of kitahara's PZ-30), timing belt from mazford, cleaned sedimentor, overhaul radiator but still to change water on it with destilled tommorow, installed idle up and actuator for the aircon, overhaul injection pump, injectors, changed 4-nozzle tips by Gener at DRT project 8 whom referred to me by my officemate and secondly as recommended by sir Dusky Lim kaya di na ako nagdalawang isip to bring my B2500 there. ok nga po mga mekaniko dun at pwede kausapin to ask more advice. before sa DRT po pala, many of my friends with diesel engines too advised me to install an inlet something to the exhaust pipe for easy cleaning daw of the carbon from the tambutso. i told Gener naman about this when i got there. ok lang naman daw po yon sabi ni Brandon, a mechanic there who attended my car. and it works naman po. any comment po sir Dusky on this? audio is my next project pag may budget na. lifting my truck is also my dream, mabigat lang sa bulsa hehe. looking forward to your next EB. thanks for the space. more power to all.

Dear pickupbike:

First - WELCOME to Our Humble Thread!!!

2nd - Personally I don't have any fixture welded to my exhaust pipe for flushing it with water before having an Opacity Test (emissions test)made.

As long as there is/are no blockage in the muffler, then having one welded on seems OK, but you have to be careful when filling because of the possibility of cracking the flexible pipe and getting water into the engine (unlikely though).

Just keep your air filter and fuel filters clean, and regularly check your diesel fuel quality and you should be fine.

Kung galing ka na kina Gener then your fuel system should be OK, and there isn't much more to do.

I myself have a water-methanol injection system installed and this is also very effective in eliminating any carbon in the exhaust system - as well as boosting power and fuel economy a little.

red B2500 4x2 pala to ride ko with rim15 banana type pa to, pina buff ko nga para kumintab naman at puro gasgas na din kasi. di ko na kinabit mga center caps at puro yupe na. bibili nlang ako at balita ko marami available sa tomas mapua st. near blumentritt.

minsan po pala npadaan ako sa speedlab quezon ave at may nkita akong mazda pickup nkapark infront, just dont remember the color. i thought it was yours kasi as far as i know, Lim din yata mayari dun? maybe 2 days after i came back, ala nkapark mazda and i inquire about you. di po nila alam o kilala the name Dusky Lim. naalala ko e username nyo nga lang siguro to... anyway, am looking forward and excited to join for the next EB. game po ako any of the dates choices as mentioned by sir azzkkr2600, weekend naman yon.

sir azzkkr2600, about audio maybe what i need nalang are pioneer headunit na medyo ayos and a compact sub maybe with built-in ampli to fit it under the seat. the extg speakers are all ryann brand (US made sya), 6" dia. rear and 4" dia. front with separate tweeters already. di lang maayos tong headunit at cassette tape pa sya kahit pioneer na, di daw kaya nito patunugin ng maayos ang mga extg speakers at under power baga sya.

about the tint, balak ko nga 3M din at subok ko na din in my previous small body corolla. laking tulong under the heat ot the sun.

di gad mkareply at nasa pages 40's pa ako ngyon, hehe.

* sir azzkkr2600:extg gulong pala nitong baby truck ko is 215x70xR15 na dunlop pero medyo mlapit na tong dlawa maupod. nacheck ko ang spare sa likod aba bago pa with the same brand and size, andun pa nga po sticker nya.

but another thing that i remember in the previous pages, tsaka ganun nga tlaga na dapat ala to campershell as for the workhorse. di ko nga po maiporma paano isalpak mountain bike ko 'coz of this. e meron na to ng nkuha ko at sabi nila orig campershell(rocky) daw to at sayang (red color). anyway i'll just leave it there muna at pag may pang roll cover na budget na (if it's still available) palitan ko nlang. ala pa rin nman akong ilu-load na bulky materials so far. nka-rhino linings na sya. kung meron lang mkipagpalit nito anyone out there with the roll cover, shoot ko to. maayos pa nga to ala cracks whatsoever.

Di ko na ma-flex ung truck ko, andami nka park sa harap eh. Sorry kung eto lang. Anyways, yung back shot, tinabi ko dun sa strada namin na naka 32" din. Para ma-compare nio na mas mataas pa akin ng 1".





Yung rear bumper, patapos na, ill try to post when its done and already attached. tubular sia na may checkered plate lang. Yung front stock palang naka lagay ngayon, pero yung ilalagay ko jan fabricated din namin.

Thanks guys! There's still lot of work to be done, di pa dumadating yung electrician, di gumagana yung central lock and yung radio ko! haha.

*bors - yeap ironman torsion and ball joint spacer sa front, leaf spring and shackles sa rear. Tas body lift lang ng konti. hehe.

As for the ride, kelangan lang i-break-in ang leaf spring, kelangan i-flex dahil mejo matagtag, pero kaya pa nmn. di naman ganun ka tag tag. Sa front wala talaga akong problem dahil ang lambot nia, at ang mga dati kong dinadaanan na malalim na lubak ay sinasagasaan nalang! hehe.

To everyone, if you're planning to lift your truck mas maganda kung madami para maka kuha yung group ng big discount!
