I have had it for more than a decade now. It is really a miser on diesel fuel. It has adequate pulling power. I towed a couple of vehicles with it already and it has no sign of slowing down despite it's age (been here in Benguet and Baguio all it's life). I guess as with all cars, proper maintenance is tops to get it as far as I have taken it. The latest problem I encountered was the muffler giving way. I had it replaced though. Clutch, never been changed since I got it. I had a powersteering box leak when it was 9 years old and it cost me 3,000 plus just for the repair kit, which was just a couple of rubber rings. Parts are aplenty. One thing I like about this too is that it has 2 oil filters.

ang alam ko yung b series na pickup are one of the favorites of lowriders ng pickups (malamang)..see a lot of it in car mags..

i also see a lot of these on the road..

meron pa nga umakyat ng ligaw sa neighbor namin dati naka lowrider na b series..astig! complete with deep inset wheels with low profile tires and fast and the furious paintjob..that was like 10 years ago or so..

great pickup. just make sure you have a mechanic that knows how to fix the b series. Lasts over 250K without any signs of loose compression. For me, the b2200 is better than the b2500. Surprisingly, the b22 had better fuel economy than the b25, when we still had both.

Same engine as the Kia Besta 2.2. Makes 70 bhp and is very economical.

My uncle had one. Can still run even with 30" tires.

    Ayoko lang is walang seatbelts.
