May Terra Graps din kami, doon sa isang Pajero nga lang nakalagay. 1.5 years na siyang nakasalpak doon at hindi pa naman siya napupudpod nang malaki. Ilang beses na yun nadala ng Tagaytay tapos Baguio last year.

IMHo Cooper Discoverer are good value for money. Mas mahal goodyear, Kumho, Federal, BStone, Dunlop, Yokohama dito eh pero maganda naman quality and durability.

True, because of less rubber contact to the ground, mas puwersado kumapit yung rubber sa ground. AT talaga best tire par sa malalaking sasakyan kasi, acceptable performance on highway, excellent for offroad of any kind huwag lang deep mud.

Sa car lang naman okay na mga performance, HP/HT tires kasi hindi naman mabigat. Pero I strongly belive na kapag SUV ka or pick-up, AT talaga dapat.

BTW: Yung Maxxis ba may nakasubok na, mas mura sa cooper eh.

Agree on this. Mas maangas ang SUV na may A/T tires.

Maxxis?

Last month when I inquired 265x70R16 was P6,900+, for that sixe baka P7,500-P8,000 na abutin or much more. R17 na 275x75 pa kasi.

Compared to Bridgestone's Dueler A/T, mas mabilis maupod mga yun.

Sa experience ko naman hindi ganun. Baka may batch lang or dati siguro may quality problem. Pero I agree na importante peace of mind at marami naman good quality tires eh.

Di ba you get what you pay for. Tig-5 figures na yang LTX eh, ka-level niya Pirelli Scorpion ATR sa world ranking of the best AT tires. If money is not an issue, either Pirelli ot Michelin talaga. Maybe Mickey Thompsons as well.

Didn't know Michelin are that expensive. :D But what is surprising, Isuzu uses it (LTX A/T) for their Crosswindd XTO.

What is the BEST all-terrain tire?
