Coming from Baguio, drive all the way down to Paniqui (passby San Manuel and Moncada first from the Tarlac-Pangasinan boundary)
Reaching Paniqui, turn right ka po from the main hiway (when you see PNB sa gawin kanan at UCPB sa kabila), turning right is the way towards town proper, dire-diretso lang po, lagpasan mo pa Petron Gas station then sa banda dun pa is yung Palengke, diretso lang po, tuloy-tuloy as is, in 20 minutes nasa Camiling na po kayo...you will know basta lampasan mo yung mahabang winding na tulay...
I prefer this route kesa diretso ka pa ng Tarlac City, its like making a big u-turn, sayang time and fuel, Camiling & Paniqui kasi magkasing-layo from Tarlac City....
BTW, I don't recommend using this route during night time if you are not familiar sa place
