May 5th, 2006 09:36 AM #82Apdo??

minsan, nagluto ng pinapaitan yung bayaw ko. naku ginamit nya sangkatutak na apdo! needless to say, halos di namin makain, sobrang pait! pero just to humor him and not hurt his feelings, we ate a little bit of it.

May 30th, 2006 06:43 PM #88Ate at aling esther sunday, lunch to be sure. Tasted everything except bulalo. Free soup ba yung pinapaitan? (daming laman) pwede nang ulam. But the igado is different from my grandma's from san juan,la union,in which the liver is very fine to almost like ground pork and lots of bell pepper. But everything was NAIMAS! Thanks to you guys. Is the traffic always that bad going back to session? Or was it just a sunday?

May 30th, 2006 07:23 PM #89Next day went to tuno tuno. Kaya lang sobra dami viands.Had a hard time choosing. Tried dinengdeng, imbaliktad, liempo with dinuguan sauce ( is that called dinardaran?), dinakdakan and tinolang palaka.
At dinnertime, went back for more. Labong, kilawen and pinapaitan. Everything was also good, but the best pa rin sa aling esther's.
