bro. check the electrical connection of the tach from the injection pump (loose contact). fyi, there are 3 functions of the injection pump. first is to deliver fuel, second is to increase the idling when the compressor turns on, and third send a electrical signal to the tack. had that problem for a long time and when i had the injuction pump calibrated it normalized. hope this helps
kulang sa grounding. reason why your engine won't start is because it does not have enough power because the alternator can't coupe with the demand of the car while the engine is running (all the electricals + ac). suggest you add another battery wire from the negative to the bell housing/ engine. that will balance the system. in addition, make sure that your battery terminals are in good condition and are secured. some times loose connection lang yan:-)
ang problema kasi Sir Aga sa mga rustproofing & undercoating auto shops, pati terminal & connectors nilalagyan nila ng mga anti rust chems... even plastic parts meron din rust proofing solutions.

di ko alam kung sa matic trans or dahil doble na ang cylinder gasket ko dahill sa pag overhaul
ok naman sa patag kaya pa tumakbo ng 120kmh pero sa akyatan talo pa ng owner na puno sakay
bro. i am not a firm believer in the mechanic when they suggest to put two gaskets. anyway, if you want to eliminate the possibility that its your engine. do a compression test. i suspect that due to the added clearance from the two gaskets. its possible that the combustion chamber is not reaching the required compression pressure. as a result. loss of hp. similar to loose compression or blow-by.
another cuprit could be a worn down injection pump.

so +1 na di sang ayon mag dagdag ng gasket, hhmmm di ko kasi alam kung ano dapat hirap ko na bitawan pregio ko dami ko na nagastos kaya ano ba maganda change manual trans or buy new cylinder head?

sir para sayo ba ok na ang double gasket na ginawa ng mechanic ko? kasi sabi nya saken dati dami na daw beses inoverhaul ng cylinder head ko kaya dami na beses ne re-face kaya sabi nya either na bumili ng cylinder head or idouble ang gasket e ayaw ko na nga gumastos kaya pinili ko double gasket,, now mag 1 year na na break in na din di ko pa din ma reach ang dating nyang takbo at hatak kaya ano kaya problem dahil ba sa double gasket or dahil pabigay na din ang matic trans ko?
bro. its difficult to say for certain. best to have a compression test so you can eliminate the double gasket setup as the problem. compression test is not expensive. on an average they charge php100 per cylinder and wont take them more than an hour to do the test.
I just had my injection pump calibrated 3 weeks ago. na solve yung pagka hard staring nya (as in 1-click start na sya) and smoother ang takbo ng engine. but i noticed na humina naman ang hatak sa arangkada, lalo na sa akyatan. not really that big of a difference from before pero ramdam pa rin especially pag maraming sakay. what could be the cause of that, nawala sa timing kaya because of the calibratrion?
pwede sir kasi sa akin tatlo suspect ko kung bakt mahina sa akyatan , double cylinder gasket kaya mahina compresion or matic trany pero bakit nung di pa naooverhaul eh lakas ng hatak,, last is injection pump di ko alam kung binabaan ang timing na injection pump or me nasangi ang mechanic ko nung binaba ang engine, me sinasabi sila na advance timing sa injection pump para mabilis eh
if you want to find out if the double gasket is the culprit. have a compression test done. if your engine fails the compression test. the you can fix this by installing a new single gasket. cost of a compression test is on an average Php100/ cylinder.
before touching your injection pump. replace your fuel filtler (i'm not sure if there is also a pre-strainer). kung mahina parin. bring it to your calibration shop to adjust the timing.
