i think this is not isolated to Kia dealers. depende talaga sa dealership and what's their business strategy. if the owners or managers are fine with bait-and-switch, you can be sure they'll do it.

ang di ko nagustuhan when I got my sporty is the fact that they withdrew the free LTO registration when I applied for my own loan which I disclosed on the very first time we negotiated but in my case, i didn't have any leverage against them kasi limited pa stocks ng diesel units before. so heads up na lang sa potential buyers
