Indeed...and I've spotted one na here in Manila..a real looker. Now how could they claim its a facelift? If it will really be introduce here then it's just an additional array of Sorento variant.

Huwag naman sana gawin ng CAC yan, the LX version is "bare" enough, ano pa aalisin nila para ibaba ang price? Steel rim? halogen HL housing? no spare tire? no car alarm/keyless entry? Maganda na ang sorento, huwag naman sana gawin pangit para lang maka baba nila ang price at maka rami benta and that 1.1M price range is for compact CUV like sportage/tucson/CRV. Mid size SUV na ang sorento.

Or are they worry about the up coming all new sta fe?

@JDS 100% 5 seater yan IF ever totoo may ganyan price, that additional last row, plus aircon vent have to cost you additional 100K from the 5 seater variant.

Hindi po ako sure kung 5 seater nga or kung anung specs tong "bare" sorento nila na lalabas. pero balita sakin ng SA "daw" ... is puro manual lang daw yun and walang AT transmission. baka naman pinipihit pa paikot ang pagbukas ng bintana and hindi power windows, tapos hubb cabs nlang ang sa mags hehehehe. sana wag sobrang tipid and features para bumenta, pero who knows whats in store for us. abang-abang nalang siguro tayo.

This is not accurate. According to the branch manager, the cost is going to be P1.39M for the unit slated for release next month. 5 seater, same engine, A/T pero minus amenities (fog lamps, cargo cover, not sure if I forgot something else)
