Wala pa.... self discipline na lang, ilan meters before destination dahan dahan na sa gas... pag naka park na, wait muna several minutes bago i off ang engine.



Mas maganda talaga ang sport mode kaysa sa D kasi magagamit mo ang full power range ng very gear, lalo na if you are going up hills or for highway spirit driving. Trade off is the FC.

No, speed sensitive pa rin siya. Example: at stop, you shift from D to +/- sport mode, it will display 1 meaning first gear, step on the gas gain speed, push to + it will shift to second gear, push it again to third gear, pull to - to shift down. You can also shift to sport mode during anytime of driving, example cursing at 60km/hr you want more power to overtake, from D you can shift into +/- sport mode, the display will show your current gear, pull to - to down shift and have more power. Depending on your speed, even in sport mode it will automatically downshift or up shift your gear level, but at high rpm level.

Sirs need your valued opinions. My sporty turned 2 mos old last week but has only clocked 630km so far. At the rate I am going it will take a year to get to 7500km.
My question is fuven this, when should I take it for its first PMS?

1st time it happened ay medyo malamig pa yung engine dahil palabas pa lang kami ng parking lot ng isang restaurant sa BF Paranaque. 2nd time naman dun sa medyo mataas na humps sa village namin.

Ginamit na rin ni Kumander kanina yung Sporty pero hindi naman daw nag-stall yung engine.
Sa mga naka CRDi, ano po bang idling RPM ng sporty nyo? Mine is * 900rpm.

Baka due for cleaning na ang EGR. puno na ng carbon kaya nagsstall. May loss of power ba?

Yon idling RPM ko is *790rpm ... digital readout yan from Torque Pro Android.

hi guys, was planning to buy a Sportage AT 2WD gas or a Tucson AT 2WD gas but after looking at the units and reading the posts here I am now leaning towards the Sportage CRDi. I have a few questions which I hope you guys can help:

1. I'm planning to pay via bank loan (meaning it's cash to dealer) what's the best offer I can get ? So far I think it's 10k discount plus usual free stuff (tint, matting and seat cover).

2. How much is the OEM head unit if bought from casa ? I assume it has bluetooth and can play divx/avi/mpg videos ? If I change the head unit to the OEM one will I still be able to use the steering wheel remote and the usb slots (near the cigarette lighter). I read somewhere the brand of the OEM HU is Motevo ?

3. how much is the average maintenance so far for the CRDi ? I have a montero and so far maintenance costs have been high so this is one of the downsides I see with the CRDi

4. any suggestions on which dealer I should buy from ?

5. I plan on getting head rest monitor also from Casa, how much is this ? I assume the head rest is leather only so I would have to buy leather seat cover (any good seat covers out there aside from seatmate) ?

Sir, go for Kia Las Pinas. I wasn't able to get 10k discount but the head unit upgrade was free. It comes with bluetooth, gps and reverse camera.

Haven't had my PMS yet but it's looking like 6-8k per 5000km.

They charged me 9,500 for the headrest monitor. For the leather seats, I got it from seatmate for 6k.
