Protest Against Isuzu Trooper 2003 (PAIT)

pa detail ko, dapat 9k pero ang bait nila, binigay lang ng 5k. Exterior, interior at engine. Meguiars ang gamit nila. Sa Roadstar alabang. Nagpa paintless dent repair din ako kasi binangga ako ng tumatakbong binata. pina re-upholstery na rin ako ng manibela. Ang total na gastos ko kahapon ay 8.5k lang.

Bro, tinamaan na rin ba ng problema 4jx1 mo?

Hindi ako owner ng Gstarex pero yung kapatid ko meron. HVX Premium sa kanya at July 2007 pa nya nakuha. Sa autoplus ata sya kumuha. Ang warranty ay 1 year or 15k kms.

Meron pala ako dating Millenium na Starex.

layo nman samin nyang alabang .. dito lang ako nagpa detail sa fariview banda .. haha binangga ka ng tumatakbong binata? how come? regarding dun sa re-upholstery ng manibela magkano? kasi yung sakin kulay at mukang basura na eh .. so bumili ako ng genuine leather steering cover for 1.5k .. mahal din ata kasi .. nag inquire ako dati sa leder interia 2.5k ata .. how much ba sayo?

problem sa 4jx1 engine? yup tapos nako jan .. try to read previous pages dito sa thread na to .. si sir av8or5 pa ang kausap ko .. 6 months sakin bago naayos .. 25k binayaran kasi under warranty naman eh .. pero big setback yun and yung hassle .. sao tinamaan narin ba?

Habang umaandar ako sa may intersection, may biglang tumawid tapos binangga ako. Mukang may ninakawan eh. Ang laki ng yupi, pati yung corner light ko may crack eh. Yung manibela, Genuine leather yun. 3.5k pakabit ko. Mas malambot dahil pinatong lang sa original cover.

nice naman .. hindi pa ako makapag post ng pics dahil missing card reader ko.. suggest ko lang wag mo na pagalaw 4jx1 mo dahil baka magtampo lang yan .. and use only the trooper if necessary .. ganun sistema namin ngaun .. hindi sya advisesable pang every day car .. total may optra and explorer ka naman eh pwedeng-pwede i beauty rest si trooper .. hehe ..
bro naka HID knb? suggest lipat kana to HID para safer sa gabi but make sure naa proper align yung headlight to avoid unecessary glare .. PM me if interested ka ill refer you to my friend na may laser alignment ..
btw last friday nalaglag daw according to our driver yung hela foglight ng trooper sa right side .. 7k pala pairs nun .. haaay .. and bro wala kang balak tanggalin yung lumang LTO reg. sticker sa windshield mo? parang bistado kasi yung model ng trooper pag nanjan lhat ng sticker eh .. (IMO)
how often ka pa detail bro? quarterly?

Hindi ko pa sure kung magpapa HID ako eh. Naghahanap pa ako ng projector lens eh.
Saan naka kabit yung Hella fogs mo? nagpa dagdag ka ba?
Siguro tatanggalin ko na rin yung mga LTO reg sticker ko. Hindi ko na rin siguro ikakabit yung 2008.

ang trooper namin is the 2002 version w/o sunroof. so far wala pang masama pa ang nangyari dito. just follow regular maintenance and use specified engine oils only. pag idinadala ito sa gasoline station at nag pa carwash hindi makakapaniwala ng mga tao dun na 6 yrs na to! mileage is about 7.3km/l only logged 48k+ kms on this car

i guess its about time that isuzu issued this recall.
this is probabaly the most intelligent decision they made since dumping these defective 4jx1 here. i just pity a lot of them owners who paid for the defectvie injectors replacement and other damages resulting from the injectors. this is probably the most logical thing to do for isuzu instead of being scandalized for imposing a double standard for the philippines by not issuing a recall. well.. being late is better than never.

congratulations to tsikot.com for this thread and i truly believe from the bottom of my heart that this thread is THE MAIN REASON for isuzu to issue the recall since there is no other real means (newspaper, raido or tv) by which this owners' campaign against isuzu would have materialized.

either way.. this "protest against isuzu trooper" thread started the campaign, and i guess in a way did get the job done....

i think we owe one si dr. paul chua .. although nakarating din kasi sa isang lawfirm regarding this issue sa defective 4jx1 and we paid almost 25k sa casa ..
